He immediately understood our wish list, walked us through several top-tier brands, and patiently explained the pros and cons of each option without any sales pressure. As part of our package, we also secured a floor display unit, which required seamless coordination with Julia at the Yuba City location. When we went to view the unit in Yuba City, we were just as impressed. From start to finish, the entire team was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We visited two of their three locations and worked with Pete, Julia, and Kevin. It speaks volumes that they have all been with the company for a long time and speak so highly of the owner. Because their staff is so well-established, you can trust they will take great care of their customers for the long run. However, there were quite a few buckets placed here & there on counters & the floor. We were helped by James, who greeted us soon after we entered. He was knowledgeable, talked of other customer experiences for reference, gave his opinion, discussed different scenarios to consider, & spoke with candor. We felt comfortable to take our time to look around. Information would be provided & then we'd be given space to discuss on our own. It never felt pushy or judgmental. The Cafe model we wanted wasn't physically there to see, but we were shown other Cafe & GE models, & had the similarities & differences explained to know what the features were on the one we'd be purchasing. The ordering experience at James's desk was comfortable. We sat on bar seats with a large screen to view on our side that mirrored the computer screen that James worked on. He was very thorough & double-checked everything with us. He was also conversational & humorous during the process. We opted to go with the pro installation team that could handle any possible snafus that could come up (like cabinetry measurements being off) versus a basic install that would only involve taking out the old & putting in the new. There was an initial scheduling issue with the installation. It got mitigated, but resulted in a delay of an hour from our original time slot. The installers were respectful & efficient. They informed us of a small issue & consulted on how it could be resolved. We are satisfied customers.
