    Warranty Misrepresentation, Management Silence, and Zero Accountability…read more I am extremely disappointed with Airport Home Appliance and would strongly caution others before purchasing extended warranties here. In May 2023, I purchased several major appliances under Invoice #SOA52784 and made it clear that I wanted the appropriate extended warranties for my appliances. I relied on Airport Home Appliance's expertise when selecting both the appliances and the warranties. No documentation was provided that would have allowed a reasonable customer to verify that the warranty sold was incorrect or incomplete. Fast forward ~1.5 years: my Café induction range (stove) requires a $1,200 repair. This is exactly the type of failure extended warranty coverage is intended to address. Beginning November 20, 2024, I contacted Airport Home Appliance repeatedly (Nov 20, Nov 26, Dec 3, early Dec, and Dec 10) requesting warranty assistance. Every single time, I was told that a manager would call me back. No one ever did. When I finally received a written response from the store manager, it referenced the wrong appliance entirely (the refrigerator) and failed to address the actual issue: that Airport Home Appliance sold the wrong warranty and provided no documentation to reasonably identify the mistake at the time of purchase. The response simply stated that a warranty could not be added now -- completely missing the point. Since that response, Airport Home Appliance has gone silent. This experience shows: Poor warranty guidance at point of sale No documentation transparency Repeated broken promises of management follow-up Incorrect and careless responses from leadership Complete lack of accountability once payment is made For a company selling high-end appliances and extended warranties, this level of customer service and post-sale support is unacceptable. If you are considering Airport Home Appliance, be aware that once there is a problem, you may be on your own.

What really stood out was his follow-up and support all the way until the last minute to make sure everything went smoothly. He truly provided excellent customer service. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery experience. When the delivery staff arrived, I politely asked if they could remove their shoes or wear booties before bringing the furniture inside. I was told "no, and if you have a problem, call my manager." I accepted this because I did not want to cancel the delivery and reschedule for another day, but the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer inviting people into my home, I don't think that was an unreasonable request. During the delivery, one of the delivery staff injured his leg and was bleeding onto my carpet. We were concerned about him and tried to help by providing bandages twice to stop the bleeding. I truly felt bad for him and hope he is doing well. In addition, there was damage to my stairs during the delivery process, and I was not informed about it at the time. I only discovered the damage after the team had already left my home, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I am giving this review 5 stars mainly out of respect and appreciation for Steve Romero's outstanding support and professionalism throughout the process. I brought photos and model information, so that we could do a replacement without major kitchen cabinet modifications. Our salesman was Greg .. and he definitely did not try to hard sell us the more upscale Monogram units, although I did decide that this would be a good choice for us. We then scheduled a visit by their in-house installer, Shane. Shane did detailed measurements, and was able to confirm what would work for our kitchen. We placed our order, and his labor rate for the needed modifications was very fair. When the microwave reached the store, we set up our installation appointment, and the entire experience was perfect. Shane did a great job making the needed cuts, resulting in a perfect fit. The new unit looks great in our kitchen, and like our other monogram appliances, it is a great product.

I…read moream not going to go into story time with details, but my first impression of my sales guy was very less than. Received my so called new dryer, but it arrived broken, a few days later they did come out and fix it. Not 3 weeks later the dryer stopped heating and started to make a screaming sound. I contacted Nelthrope and they stated I have to go through warranty which can take 2-3 days. I was out of a dryer for 3-4 days already and it was during the rainy days, so hang drying was not an option. I received a call from the warranty service repair business, and the earliest they could get me an appointment was in 2 weeks! I called Nelthrope and they told that they can't do anything about the scheduling time. I requested to return the dryer, and was told I needed to contact the manufacturing brand of the dryer if I wanted to return the dryer. All I wanted was either a replacement dryer or come get the broken dryer and refund me back. Simple. I don't have time to be out of a dryer for 2 weeks and I am elder, so going someplace to dry my clothes is not an option. It was a yelling fight on the phone and finally the person agreed to come get the dryer the next day and give a full refund. I did get a couple of calls the very next day and the person was very apologetic for the service and the phone conversation prior. My problem here is this, I truly felt like I was completely taken advantage of and lied to regarding the "new dryer". Things were said during the sale that did not add up after the sale, then to have the dryer stop working less than a month was a big red flag. The original sales person whom I called in the beginning was triggered by my usage of descriptive words I used for the dryer, to the point he was yelling at me over the phone and was down right nasty. My exact words were: "supposedly new dryer." Yup, he completely lost his mind. Yes, they did make it right, but not until I had to yell and explain my point of view and dissatisfaction. It was like they sold me a bad dryer and now it was my problem to deal with it and they just wanted to wiped their hands of it. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine.
