The bolts were too short. Ian helped me find them and they were a bit thick when I tried to use them. Returned and I may have forgotten to mention they were Japanese. Ian got me the metric bolt with the proper length and they worked great. Ian was friendly and so helpful. I personally respond better to this method and I gained a lot of useful knowledge and positive reinforcement which is helping me to learn faster and try different techniques.
