She is out of office and it auto forwards my e-mail to Jordan. Wednesday comes and goes and I don't hear back so I call the shop on Thursday morning and let them know I'm ready to order and speak to Jordan who mentions that I'm probably right and there was a price increase since then and that he'll look it over and send me a quote again. I don't receive an e-mail until Friday afternoon from someone else, Marcie who resends me the exact same quote from before with two hoods and a range when I had said twice I was ready to order the range and let me know how to get that processed. I was asked for my phone number and address again and waited for a reply to get my order placed- but I guess they went home for the weekend. I sent that over and didn't hear back again until Monday. I went ahead and placed my order Sunday with another retailer which ended up being $500 cheaper than the quote they sent over anyway. I was disappointed to see that PBK included a $200 shipping charge when I live a handful of miles away and could have accommodated a pick up if that was an option.

We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. Obviously, I highly recommend ADH for any level of remodeling you are thinking about. You should do whatever amount of research makes you comfortable, but to the extent that customer reviews make a difference to you, know that this customer is an enthusiastic endorser of this terrific company.

Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. Gary is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and energetic - and it seems there is nothing he cannot do or fix. He is very attentive to details. The work site is always well-organized and cleaned up each day as much as possible to make for the least impact on the house inside. He does most of every part of a project himself, so we knew there usually was no one else at the home in our absence. He has an amazing tile guy he works with always, named Alex, who truly is an artist and does a perfect job each time. He also occasionally uses an electrician and someone for sheet-rocking, but only when he is around also. Gary is always the first and last person on the site, so his trustworthiness was important for us as we often work early and late and couldn't regularly be home when he was starting or finishing the day's work. He was very prompt each morning but let us know in advance if there would be a delay for some reason. He even came by on a couple of weekends to tie up a loose end or get set for the coming week's work. He gave us almost daily updates by text or email, if not in person, as to the day's progress and what was on the agenda for the following day or who would be there to help him with something in particular. We have now done 3 projects with Gary - 2 of them with the design help of his wife, Jean, who is also excellent to work with and whom we would recommend without reservation - and we are extremely pleased with how fabulous everything has turned out.
