So many selections at affordable prices-even more than fb marketplace sometimes offers! I found one I liked, Dawn helped me (while on the phone with another customer) and got me in and out in 30 minutes. Nathaniel was our delivery guy & he was so kind, on time, & so easy to talk to. Take a look at their reception area, papers everywhere, a mess..dirty and dusty!! Appearance says a lot. If they don't even care what customers can see, that tells you a lot. Even though it looked like a mess in there. I bought a washer and dryer set for about $745, since I was trying to be frugal and it was cheap. The dryer was fine. The washer however shook like an earthquake and didn't spin correctly, leaving the clothes dripping wet! I immediately called Appliance warehouse and they sent a repairman out in a week, they stated it was the soonest someone can come out to check it out. Mind you, I just had a baby and is recovering from a c-section. Having two kids under 2, I need to do laundry and can't wait a week. I was so frustrated! Repairman finally came out and ran a few cycles and stated we have to run it only on "normal" cycle. Ok....I should be able to run it on whatever cycle suits my needs, that's why there are different options on the washer. Days after he came out, same thing the washer was loud and shook again (on normal setting). I called Appliance warehouse again and it's the same story, I had to wait for days for a repairman to come out. I asked if we can get a replacement, and the lady who is tan and has long nails stated "no" the repairman has to try and fix it at least "6" times...EXCUSE ME?? Finally, after one last attempt, repairman came out again, and they washer now does not shake anymore but I am only able to run it on "normal" cycle, not "heavy or light cycle". I found out that all of their washer and dryers are all torn apart and rebuilt with reburnished parts (junky parts). Long story short, go somewhere else! You're better spending an extra $100-200 for a brand new set at Costco. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE! Oh yeah, and they tell you to leave as "good review" to get a free month of warranty.

I lay on the floor and looked under it, felt behind it, checked the rear of the compartment to see if something had fallen inside, but I could find nothing to keep it from closing. But it would not shut. As anyone who owns a Sub-Zero knows, an alarm sounds when the doors remain open, and there's no way to turn it off. So, every 30 minutes or so, the alarm kicks in. Needless to say, I wanted this fixed promptly and correctly. There are only two certified Sub-Zero repair services in my area. I called one, and the wait was about 10 days. When I called Best Appliance, they were able to send a technician in four days. It was difficult living with the sound of the alarm, but early Monday morning, Dennis arrived on time and immediately assessed a problem he'd seen before. One side of the railings were stuck because of ice. He went in, took the railings on both sides apart and cleared the buildup. There was no ding, ding, ding, ding while he worked or when he finished. He also recommended I buy new railings. They had been updated and improved, he said, and they were much less likely to have this problem. I'd had my Sub-Zero for 10 years, so I took the advice. He installed them two days later. They glide much more smoothly than the ones I previously had. I paid about $650 for parts and labor, and I'm delighted with the value I received. He answered all my questions and gave me a couple of tips that will come in handy. I highly recommend Best Appliance.

Best Appliance did a good job of communicating once the freezer door was at their office. They called several times to make sure the appointment was scheduled. They even called to say they could squeeze me in a day earlier if it worked with my schedule. Their technician, Jay, arrived about 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment block. They took their shoes off before entering. They laid down fabric and things to protect the floor. They finished replacing the door in about 20 minutes. Super efficient!

Beyond frustrating! The manager took no responsibility or ownership of the issue when I reached out.
