I had dropped by in December to look at a dream ILVE stove in person after calling to ask if they had one on the floor. I did an entire lap of the store and had to stop by a desk and ask for someone to help me. Wendy came over and was knowledgable and friendly and e-mailed me a quote a few days later. Fast forward eight weeks later I e-mail her back on a Tuesday ready to order~ I include the specific SKU and let her know I'll be waiting on ordering a hood and to let me know how to proceed. She is out of office and it auto forwards my e-mail to Jordan. Wednesday comes and goes and I don't hear back so I call the shop on Thursday morning and let them know I'm ready to order and speak to Jordan who mentions that I'm probably right and there was a price increase since then and that he'll look it over and send me a quote again. I don't receive an e-mail until Friday afternoon from someone else, Marcie who resends me the exact same quote from before with two hoods and a range when I had said twice I was ready to order the range and let me know how to get that processed. I was asked for my phone number and address again and waited for a reply to get my order placed- but I guess they went home for the weekend. I sent that over and didn't hear back again until Monday. I went ahead and placed my order Sunday with another retailer which ended up being $500 cheaper than the quote they sent over anyway. I was disappointed to see that PBK included a $200 shipping charge when I live a handful of miles away and could have accommodated a pick up if that was an option. read more

I am an interior designer with over 30 years experience in Sacramento. I had worked exclusively with a different showroom for 25 years but when they were bought out and I became just a number to them I switched my loyalty to Premier and started working with Jordan, Marcie and Nick. Their service and knowledge are top notch. There are far too many choices and brands out there to easily navigate on my own and clients don't want to pay for me to do the research each time. Premier makes it easy from having a dedicated appliance person (Nick) to keeping up on all the newest products and knowing which are the best made/less prone to problems in the long term. And providing demonstrations as needed. For the first time in my career I am working on a starter home kitchen with pre made cabinets and clients who needed a high quality, beautifully designed but low end price point. Jordan gave me the same high level of service I have received when clients are spending 10 times what these clients could afford. They are the best in town and statewide. I have had two out of town projects and Jordan referred me to the local showrooms. Same great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them. read more

Horrible experience - these guys are bunch of crooks. I had some extra drains because the faucet itself came with nice drains. So we checked with them that we can return them and get a refund. We did return them - we have a written receipt. But there is no refund to be had. I have called the salesperson multiple times and there is no estimated time on refund and nothing going. Getting a refund should not be that hard. This is particularly galling since they took the parts from us for refund. We are also re-modeling our old home - guess what - these thieves are not getting that part of the business. read more

PBK should get a zero for what they did to us. They have zero concern for the intended customer. For over 2 yrs when we first started looking into updating our kitchen and bathrooms, we could never meet with our interior designer and her partner at PBK - no matter how many hundreds of times we asked. Bottomline we were scammed - we got things we NEVER wanted and duplicates of other items. Their reasoning according to Ryan was to protect their interior designers confidentiality - in other words being charged more than retail as much as $400 above retail on just one item. They should change this fraudulent system so that the intended customer can meet with both parties so at least they have somewhat of a chance to not get unwanted or duplicate items These invoices totaled over $25,000!! Knowing darn well and good we were the intended customer waiting over 8 weeks to receive the handheld shower replacement, (original was broken upon receipt), they had the audacity to get our "interior designer's" approval before releasing the replacement to us. What I'd like to know what happens if something else occurs during the warranty period? Obviously we won't be with the Interior designer for 5 years. Furthermore we can't even get the serial numbers nor a detailed invoice with the correct products listed due to confidentiality. Yet the companies whose products they sell require this information to help even if it's just a question.. Our "designer" told us she likes to help small businesses - good - but PBK/PACE has numerous locations. Worst communication ever. Spent a ton of money and literally had to chase these guys down to get up dates, accounting information and to deal with a defective appliances. It would have been nice if our sales rep, Ryan made us aware that there was a option to have our new refrigerator professionally installed due to the weight of 1000 lbs. such a nightmare trying to get it into our home! We have called numerous times to obtain a final accounting and referred to someone that their vm has has not been set up. So unprofessional. Would never recommend them! read more

Recently I rated Premier Bath and Kitchen as a 2 because of problems with obtaining a part for my Kitchen faucet and I had cancelled my order. Today I received a phone call from the district manager Jordan Tatosian. I recounted my experience with back ordering, poor communication with the company. Jordan apologized and offered to comp the parts which had finally arrived at Premier and to have his contractor install them. In the afternoon after Jordan's morning phone call, my faucet was fixed. Customer-abandonment. My master bath project has been complete for a year now, and I purchased the so-called automatic Panasonic exhaust fans 20 months ago. The moisture sensors did not work as described, and stayed ON full-time until my electrician installed a switch. I asked PBK for assistance, and was told that I would have to pay for another electrician's visit to verify that the fans were not working properly. They said that was my only option because Panasonic is not doing warranty visits at present. Every time I take a shower and my expensive fans sit idle, I have dark thoughts about PBK, which advertises itself as "customer-centric." read more

WELL!! If you're looking to remodel your bathroom or kitchen, this is the place for you! Beautiful and upscale, you'll be able to find the fanciest sinks, gorgeous kitchen appliances, and if you're lucky, someone might actually say hi to you! If you don't go up to their "book" and sign in, good luck getting anyone to even look at you let alone acknowledge you. My husband loves to come here to look at all they have to offer, so we are able to get ideas for our remodel. However, it seems as though if you don't show interest in signing in, they'll show no interest in helping you or asking you if you need help. So, if you're seriously in need of assistance, better make sure you sign in. I'm not down grading the fact that his place offers amazing stuff! If you can afford the best stoves and refrigerators, this is the place for you. Great ideas for outdoor BBQs and such, you should definitely put this place on your list of "to go" places to get ideas. I just don't like going into a place where I feel like I'm not welcomed because I'm really big on just saying hi. 5 stars for products available and quality, 1 star for the fact that no one like to talk to you. Short story is, I brought in a bathroom faucet that I thought needed replacing, and the salesman took it apart, replaced the cartridge for free and sent me on my way. Worked with Danielle on our new primary bath. She was responsive, helped troubleshoot issues. The prices are reasonable. I did not want a big box store experience and PBK delivered the right vibe. I was impressed with Danielle's professionalism and knowledge. She also helped out with gas Dacor cooktop that was purchased at Best Buy; Best Buy ended up selling our unit and we had to scramble to get it replaced. Terrible customer service! We need to replace a bathroom faucet part. I took the part in and met with Ryan the last week of July. He took down my contact information and the part number and said he was contacting the manufacture as we were talking. 2 week later and no part. We called and talked to Ryan who told us he "needed more information". He had not contacted us in any way, he just waited till we called. Waited another 2 weeks and still nothing. Another call, another excuse. He said the part was in and he was going to the warehouse to "put it in the mail". 2 more weeks and nothing. Another call and he said it was going in today. Got an email 5 days on Sept. 12 telling us "a shipping label has been created". Today, Sept. 26 the part finally arrived. This saga has gone on for 10 WEEKS. A smart dog or dump Chimp would have done a better job! We are getting ready to remodel our kitchen in the next couple of weeks. We were encouraged by our design/build contractor to work with Marcie and Nick to select the plumbing fixtures and large appliances for our kitchen remodel. With their guidance, we selected items that were likely to be available when we needed them, and (hooray!) received everything in a timely manner despite the supply chain issues that are challenging the construction industry right now. I visited Plumbing Unique today for the first time. I found them on Yelp - had not noticed them off of Sunrise before. We're going through kitchen makeover and was looking for a standout faucet and will be doing bathrooms soon so wanted to see what they had available. This is a very nice place with lots of selection for kitchen and bath, but prices seemed very inflated. Though nice selection, service was terrible and non-existent. I walked in and was never greeted with a smile, nod or anything. I was in the store for about 20 minutes looking around and not one person asked if I needed assistance. I guess I wasn't dressed as though I had money to spend :-/ They weren't overly busy, but one would think a courtesy "hello, I'll be with you shortly" would be the norm. They had about 3 people at the front desk/reception area that were just sitting there looking at their computer monitors. I didn't notice them when I walked in to the showroom, but noticed the reception area when I left. That's when I really felt as though I obviously didn't have "the look" of someone they wished to help. ...very unfortunate, especially in an area that has a deep diversity in culture. I don't believe I've ever been snubbed, but it definitely felt that way here. I'll shop elsewhere and don't mind if I'm spending money on true quality ... I've been given some of the best service at other high end showrooms, but not this one. read more

Haven't heard a word from them, so I dropped by to check. After several minutes of waiting for them to look into it, Ryan came back and said the items were never ordered, but he could order them now. My husband & I returned to see Corey a couple of weeks after our initial consultation. We ordered all of our kitchen appliances and it was so easy. To backtrack, during our first visit with Corey, we chose all of the kitchen appliances we wanted/needed and Corey added them to his computer until it was time to order them. We scheduled our second appointment with Corey to purchase the appliances. Since he had them in his system, it was very easy. He gave us good prices, plus our refrigerator was hundreds of dollars less than Lowe's! Corey is even storing the appliances until our kitchen remodeling company is ready for them. He also gave us copies of the appliance pictures, model numbers and specs that the construction company requires. Thank you, Corey for making this process the most stress free of our remodeling process. You were very kind, Considerate, professional and knowledgeable. Update 3/30/18-we decided to have our main Bathroom remodeled, so we scheduled an appointment with Corey. We looked at all of their fixtures and stuff for the bathroom and, as with our kitchen, found exactly what we wanted. Corey was impressive with his grand knowledge of all things bath and kitchen, so we ordered the beautiful fixtures. They came in quicker than anticipated and the quality is astounding. But that is what Premium Bath and Kitchen offers. We went to other bath & kitchen places in Sacramento just to see that the completion had, but we left disappointed. We will always return to Premium Bath & Kitchen. Lastly, my recommendation is to make an appointment with them. We can never get a hold of our sale represent, have left multiple messages asking them to call us back. Spoke with other employees & they say they will call us back & dont. I Would recommend that when shopping for bathroom and kitchen fixtures and products, that you look elsewhere. The sales people here are not very customer oriented. They protect their product distributors more than taking care of their customers. They engage in bait and switch with products. The manner in which they handle refunds is slow to nonexistence in that they throw up their hands and say that it's the fault of the manufacture and that they have no control of the matter. read more
