Each time, it takes at least two weeks for the repair company to come out, four to six weeks to receive the part, then another two weeks to come install the new part that still doesn't solve the problem. We have called the store on several occasions to make them aware of the problems. Lynn proved to be ineffective and rude. Today I visited the store to talk to Mike, the owner. I asked for some resolution to our problem. I didn't expect a refund, just thought maybe he could help us with a replacement until we have a working oven. He called me "a nut job" and threaten to call the police if I didn't leave the store. Yes, I was angry. I explained that he would be angry in my situation too. He walked in his office and shut the door. I left his store and I will never step foot in there again. I advise you do the same.

Left and went to Lowe's. The contract clearly stated that if Aaron's was closed on the due date due to a holiday or emergency, the payment would be due the next business day. There have been a few times over the past two years that that has occurred and each time I received a call from Aaron's the next business day saying I was late, and was charged a late fee. I also had to remind them a couple times when they called me for payment on the due date that it was a direct payment from the bank and all they had to do was run the card number they were in possession of. So the office *(sales) staff could pay a bit more attention to the details of an account when they pull it up on their computer. The delivery people are not good at all. they broke the furniture when they delivered it, and scratched my daughters new laminate floors as well. Aaron's had the furniture repaired, but I had to pay for the repair of the laminate floors. (I just didn't feel like having the hassle of trying to get Aaron's to pay for it, so I just didn't even ask them to. Idk, they may have been happy to do it I just didn't bother asking. All in all not a horrible experience as far as a rent to own goes, but still just average.

This store is well stocked, clean, orderly, and you can always find an associate on the floor to assist you.

I came at the time of 5:10-5:15, and sat there till 6:35 before just leaving. I'm sure the people there are lovely people and were genuinely trying their best to get me to my interview, but I never got it and I am not sitting inside the store for another 30-ish minutes for an interview that'd last less than 10. Do not apply here because they clearly do not value a potential employee more than they value sitting on their a** doing nothing. I had well over 5 employees come up to me and say "they'll be here to do your interview soon", and I tried being kind and giving them the benefit of the doubt. But it was 6 PM, at a retail store and I counted less than 5 customers coming to the registers every 20 minutes. What a joke. Whoever the hiring manager is, I'm sorry but you should really value your potential employees time, because if I'M TOLD to be there at a set time, you should ALSO be there at that same set time.

During that week, we realized that our Samsung oven had also been acting up as well. Robert arrived promptly. He was friendly, professional and courteous. Robert was kind enough to check our oven while here. Since this was the third time we've had to have a technician service our Samsung dishwasher; Robert was honest enough to tell us he could temporarily repair the problem, but we may be better off replacing it - which we did - same with the stove. The price was fair and we were happy with the service and recommend Cole's Appliance Repair. We don't recommend Samsung appliances. :)
