I walked in to the young girl at register (who was recording selfies) and explained my situation and asked where I needed to go. For 10mins she struggled on the computer, her cell phone and even my cell phone. A long line formed where other customers were badgering me because I was waiting on the girl. She looked at me after 15 mins and said "none of my stuff is working and I can't call anyone. G to customer service" where I just was. At this point, after an hour struggling to pick up and online curbside order, I walked back to customer service and ask for a simple refund. After struggling at register for 10 more minutes, they tell me the system is down and can't process a refund. I asked for the store manager several times. After 15 more minutes, not a single manager appeared or responded. Several employees attempted to help but none of them knew what to do and seemed to be annoyed with me and my issues. After almost 1.5 hours, I gave up and told them to load my order so I could leave. Again, they could not find my pending pickup order so they had to run all over the place to fulfill the order like I just asked for it.
