The retractable post that holds up the trailer has a pin in the post that gets in the way of fully lowering down onto the hitch. I called Ryan who books the trailers, told him of the issue, sent a picture and he starts telling me to try one of the other trailers, but each is configured the same way. The instructions sent by Roadmoto the day before had nothing about a needed minimum height for the hitch ball in order to be able to use their trailer. I drove an hour to pick up the trailer, couldn't use it. They had already taken $200 deposit and $875 for the week I had booked. I obviously couldn't use the trailer/service, their instructions were not accurate, they wasted half my day and when I asked for a reimbursement they said, "its against our policy to reimburse". I am now fighting the charges with my credit card company. Roadmoto is not an ethical business and they cannot be trusted, they waste your time and try to steal your money.

***warning warning warning***…read more never rent from uhaul!!! uhaul theft is common. uhaul associates do not warn you about this nor do they give you an insurance option incase of theft. which i had mentioned before is very very common. uhaul does not have gps.uhaul vehicles are theft friendly. uhaul does not care that your entire live worth of belongings are stolen. please pass this on lets get people aware!!!!this company must be shutdown!!!

We showed up to other location and they were about to close but we were able to get our trailer. I was informed that when i got to my destination to call and find out where i can drop off the U-Haul trailer because system at the time was not giving them a specific location. When we were ready to drop off trailer i called and found a place, dropped off, and all they said was that i can leave and they will send a text to confirm drop off. Well they charged us for drop off. I was never informed that there was going to be a charge. Very bad service all around. I called customer service to dispute drop off charge and they said i had to drop off trailer to the location stated on paper. I did explain what i was told and i did tell them that no one informed me of any charge for being dropped off at another location. Customer service also said that i got some kind of discount that i was not aware of. Again all customer service is not helpful or informative at all. Very bad service.

It was also stocked with cooking supplies and living essentials like soap, trash bags, spices, coffee machines, and other essentials that were super helpful. I looked into many RV and trailer rentals and the value for what you're getting is unmatched. I cannot recommend this business enough. I was able to travel easily and safely to everywhere I planned.
