We went to a Whole Foods where the parking was in an underground parking structure. My car battery had died and needed a jump and we had called multiple local tow companies that were less than a mile away thinking we would et a fast response. We had been waiting for over 2 hours almost 3 for a jump start and everyone that had told us they had sent someone either did not come or they jumped in price. Beef came thru for us. So instead of calling my insurance roadside assistance that would take forever to get to me. I happened to be next to an auto zone so I got a battery, and Beefs was to me within 30 mins. My Mercedes Benz Battery was low and after trying to start it the battery drained. I called my Mercedes roadside assistance and they sent Beefs roadside assistance. The driver was awesome. He was patient knowledgeable of my test and model catook the time to look up my vehicle specifications to make sure that what we thought to do was correct. After confirming Michael proceeded to complete the battery service. Once hooked up to his charger the car turned over and started. I would highly recommend Beef's roadside service. Where's the beef? Sooner than you expect! I used his service via BMW Roadside Assistance this evening and thankfully he came ten minutes sooner than he initially told me he would. Where AAA is McDonald's beef/mystery meat, Beef's Roadside Service is like a prime-aged Japanese Wagyu beef--it pleases and delivers an experience beyond expectation. He did not blink at putting his hazard lights on in the passing/fast lane of Sunset Blvd at 8pm right behind my stalled 2019 BMW X5 (that wouldn't even go into neutral to push to the side!!!) and gave me a jump start right there. No whining about where the car was stalled or having it towed, etc. He just assessed the problem and dealt with it like a champion. I started my car up and was driving again with probably three minutes of his arrival. No bun, just beef! read more

After I rented out my car to someone who decided to abandon it and lock the key fob inside, two locksmiths cancelled on me over a period of 3 hours. Beef's was the third one dispatched. Unlike the others, he answered the phone and assured me that he would arrive as soon as he could.
