After speaking with a very helpful online salesman I was passing by and stopped in to see their showroom. We were the only people in the store and the rude woman at the front desk seemed offended that we stopped in without an appointment. We looked around a bit and passed by a couple salesmen who didn't even bother to look up. They obviously had no interest in even speaking with us so we went elsewhere and bought faucets and custom shower doors from people who welcomed our business. Very poorly run operation. read more

I stopped by Ferguson yesterday to take a look at some light fixtures that I have been seeing online. While there, I decided to shop for a new bathroom faucet, as well. I was greeted by Gregory- who is a newer sales associate. I am SO impressed by how knowledgeable Gregory is about the items in the showroom! He is upbeat and friendly as well as professional. Because of Gregory, I will be returning to Ferguson in Mashpee to buy a new faucet as well as numerous lighting fixtures for my new kitchen and dining area! read more

Horrible customer service, was there today, the store was empty, but the several sales associates sitting at their desks looking at their phones could not even get to see if I needed assistance! Thought they might have been having a bad day the first time I went in, so gave it another chance, but unfortunately, had the same experience. The receptionist (older woman with dark hair) was as cold as ice, barely looked up as I came in, and said "you can browse if you would like), and never even looked up as I left. I spent thousands on a new kitchen, and thought shopping locally would be good idea, but my advice would be the skip this place totally, since their staff basically sucks! read more

I could not have had a better experience ordering vanities, faucets, and all kinds of things from Ferguson's in Mashpee, MA. Robert Page, one of the sales people there is excellent. He was patient, kind, thoughtful, flexible and had great ideas once he knew the esthetic I was going for. I purchased a new home and had an appt with Carmen earlier today for lighting ideas. Let me just say that she was so helpful, thorough, professional and had some great ideas. She was easy to work with and the showroom was full of choices. Carmen printed out the specs, color photos and quote for me along with hand written notes for me that were helpful. She did not pressure me and I left there feeling confident. I will definitely return to Ferguson to purchase the lighting. I'd give her 10 stars if I could! read more

Terrible. Rude, snarky, fake, lazy sales people. If you want to be treated like trash and spend way too much money (spent $800 on a light fixture here only to find if for $311 online) this is your place. They need a total personnel overhaul if they want to sell things at those prices. I would love to see them go out of business. read more

My husband and I tried to get a problem resolved with an old product that was purchased there. When trying to follow up because we hadn't heard. I was treated by a rude and condescending saleswomen. We are selling our home and going to be building a home and would NEVER step foot in there again. People shouldn't work in sales if you have no customer service skills. read more

Excellent experience. Definitely NOT a box store. Fergusons has a great selection from appliances to facets. We were remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. All the different models can be overwhelming but James and Robert are very knowledgeable and took the time with us to make sure we got what we wanted. They actually helped us with our selections and made recommendations based on what we were looking for. For example, James explained the advantages of the Franke sink, deep basin, easy to clean, rack that slips in easily at different levels. They pointed out the advantages and disadvantages. Most people just focus on the advantages, the balance really helped us in making the right selection. They carry a wide range of appliances. We selected Wolf and are very happy with their recommendation, especially the steam oven, makes microwaving a thing of the past. Fantastic. Prices were very competitive. I had an issue with the downdraft fan. The option we chose was not correct for our house. They exchanged the fan and gave me a different model. So easy and pleasant through the entire exchange process. I highly recommend Fergusons in Mashpee!! read more
