Imagine my surprise when the screws intended to secure the washer dropped out. The washer was not attached to the cabinet frame, it was simply setting inside the counter cabinet. When I contacted the owner of LAMBCO, Mr. Lambert, and detailed my complaint and request for a proper installation, I was told they would do nothing as the date of the installation service exceeded their one-month warranty. Such a warranty was never included in the invoice and what reputable company has such a limited period to correct for such shoddy service? I'll buy my appliances elsewhere.
