All over the phone due to the virus. He was as good as his word and the men who delivered were the nicest and most understanding. They allowed me time to look over the range before bring it in and allowed me time to clean the floor under the old range before putting in the new one. Imagine my surprise when the screws intended to secure the washer dropped out. The washer was not attached to the cabinet frame, it was simply setting inside the counter cabinet. When I contacted the owner of LAMBCO, Mr. Lambert, and detailed my complaint and request for a proper installation, I was told they would do nothing as the date of the installation service exceeded their one-month warranty. Such a warranty was never included in the invoice and what reputable company has such a limited period to correct for such shoddy service? I'll buy my appliances elsewhere. I was charged $237 oven ignitor for the same item found easily and readily available for $23.50! I spoke to the GM and he said the price I paid was discounted. I told him this was hard to believe. He even justified the price of having it in the truck even though I think by charging close to $200 per hour would necessitate having common inventory readily available. Two ignitors , less than an hours work cost me over $750. The tech informed me of the ignitor cost after the installation was complete. He even said only one of the ignitors was bad however prudent to change both out. Now the marketing manager says price is justified with the service and customers have choices. I disagree with the price, however agree with choice and won't be using or recommending KAM. ..... No wonder why Amazon is doing so well. Please share this message.

Their showroom is extensive, and you're greeted upon arrival. Betty quickly honed in on what we were looking for, and took us straight to the section that could meet our needs. After showing her the granite we already have, she brought out several samples and a few that varied a bit from what we said we were looking for. Well, we brought a sample home, and the one we fell in love with was actually quite different than what we thought we were looking for! They have a huge array of products at different prices. Our selection just happened to be on the low end, at $11/sq. ft. Some other marble tiles we viewed were as much as $50/sq. ft. You definitely get what you pay for - $11 was a little more than we were looking at from Home Depot but the quality of the product and the service were so much higher at Cloutier, it's worth it!

I was a bit shocked at first however they are doing a lot more work than I even imagined. Example; my home is antique and well over 100 years old. Reinforcing and leveling the floor took about 2 weeks but when the project was done the floor repair was totally necessary and added so much to the finished result. Also if you are hoping the project will be done in a few weeks, it might, however the bigger the project the more chance for delays. Pros: I was communicating with a team of extremely competent people. Each is a specialist in a narrow field. Greg has an incredible sense of design and really digs into the details. Sonja handles the crew that does the prep, construction and heavy lifting. Mylia coordinates all products to be ordered. Special shout out to Bill who handles anything going on with all the crews. He returns your text or call in a minute or less and remembers every detail of your project. No regrets for me.

Needed to add a kitchen and two full baths, as well as closets, move beam and add a laundry area. It came out fantastic. This group--from Tracey Perry's help with design (amazing!) to Mike Heinrich's detailed budget which they stuck to and Bill Schmidt's communication on every detail, it was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this group. In between my two projects with Cape & Islands Kitchens I did another property with a well known, popular Falmouth builder (hint: begins with an "L"). It was a DISASTER. Do not be fooled by the lower initial numbers--you will pay in the end and the quality of work will suffer. I am so glad I was able to do this renovation with Cape & Islands Kitchens!
