Ordered a front porch light on 8/3/2024. Was told it would take 8 months. I loved it so wanted to wait. March rolled around and I received an email it was backordered and would be shipped 5/31. After changing to Ferguson Home I received an email 6/2/20525 saying my order has been cancelled and discontinued! What a sad company! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Also had a friend order 2 bathroom vanities recently. They were very low quality and the doors were broken. You could buy a better vanity at Lowe's or Home Depot. By far not the company it used to be! read more

Continued review from earlier.....VERY VERY POOR SERVICE! Do not shop here if you want even half-decent customer service. You will not get it. My husband just received a call from a manager who said the third party would call. Something we already knew would happen. She did nothing to resolve this! Third-party called soon after. Scheduled service on the 20th. Unacceptable, but I had to take it because the washer they hooked up last week does not work. Under the circumstances of this situation, this should have been resolved by having someone out next day or so after they hooked up a broken washer. On the 20th, I'm sure they will say it either needs to be replaced, or they need to order parts--more time to wait for a situation that should have been taken care of within a reasonable time. read more

The Charlottesville Va Ferguson showroom is not customer friendly. They are chronically understaffed. We have been waiting for 4 months to get pricing and availability for 3 sinks with no success. We have tried to get our bid completed for our new home build but cannot get pricing for these three items. The showroom consultant has emailed that she is too busy helping other customers to address our concerns. She encouraged us to be patient and wait for another consultant to come back from maternity leave in another 3 weeks. We need to move forward with our build as they are breaking ground now. We do not understand how they continue to prioritize "new customers" over existing customers. Our builder has also had no luck in getting these concerns addressed. read more

I had to call 8 times in two days. My fixtures arrived. But they "couldn't find them". With multiple promises of "I'll call you back, or I'll text you". I got zero calls or texts. I was even speaking with Ed, who's in charge of his department. This store is a great example of a business who would go under if they had competition. My fixtures had finally been received after 48 hours and I was able to pick them up. At least the guy in receiving was nice. read more

It's infinitely baffling to me when businesses who specifically exist to sell a product make it literally impossible for you to purchase their product. So after a week with no sales response (annoying handoff process between customer service & sales) I'm giving my $1,200 to Lowes. I really wanted to give it to Fergusons. read more

Ferguson's Gallery happily has acquired a tremendous asset in Sales Consultant Emily Taylor. Remodeling of an old home is never as easy as beginning from scratch. My husband and I are out of touch with all the current appliances, manufacturers and new features now available. We have had quite the education! Ms. Taylor is well informed about a vast variety of manufacturers and the countless products they offer. The amount of information this one person processes is impressive! Not only is she well informed but we appreciate her enthusiasm and involvement in our project. We know that when we ask her opinion we'll receive advice based upon years of experience. As an older couple, Emily has been very considerate in bringing to our attention products now available that are designed to help seniors remain independent and safe. Bought an appliance (oven) from Ferguson. Getting attention from sales staff was a challenge, but installation services and scheduling was OUTSTANDING. Carl Jones as scheduler was supportive and responsive. Install crew (I didn't get names) were professional, highly skilled and careful. Ferguson aslo helped by ordering one missing item (only b/c I bought a floor display item) and registering warranty. Highly recommend. read more

We bought all of our appliances and fixtures from Ferguson when we we're remodeling. Purchases were made 12/20/2020. Most everything was installed by 10/2021installed iSo far: bath tub cracked, microwave blown, bottom of stove crooked, the black fixtures have peeled and now the refrigerator is not working properly. Why wouldn't I want to pay a premium to do business at this place again? read more

We remodeled a kitchen with Ferguson's in California. Discounts were available and appreciated. In our local Virginia store, none! I wonder if the builder has some benefit but we sure didn't and I would never recommend them. For one example, it was literally 30% cheaper to order a $1,500 item from New York and have it shipped here than to order the identical item through Fergusons. read more

So responding to earlier review scorching this company because I just got off the phone with the regional manager Valerie who listened to my story, was appropriately aghast at the service I received and informed me that this store has not had a manager for several months. They do now and so I will give her a chance to improve. Only 3 stars until I see evidence but have some hope. Beautiful store, past high marks....new manager.....let's so what she can do. read more

Beautiful high end product line. The showroom is nice and there's lots more in electronic catalogues. Excellent customer service and rapid delivery exactly when promised. There was a hiccup when I ordered a shower assembly that wouldn't work with a tub surround, only with a tiled wall. Plumbing is so complicated! The exchange was handled immediately. read more

Walked in to buy a refrigerator. I guess dressed in working clothes is a no, no. Could not get anyone to talk with me. Was only person in the store. Two people working and they were told by receptionist why I was there. Impressive products on display. Might be a good store if you made an appointment or cane in suit and tie. Beware! Beautiful items in showroom, but terrible customer service. We ordered a bathtub, which was delivered to us damaged 4 TIMES!!! They were never able to provide us with a tub that could be installed. They did, however, double charge us for the tub and took over 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to credit the money back to our credit card. This company cost us over $500 in extra expenses due to having to pay a plumber to come on 4 occasions (and not be able to work), as well as purchasing a drain that was partially installed so now it can't be returned. Do you think they did anything to make this right? Of course not. I got a few "i'm sorry's," but they certainly didn't pay for all the extra charges, nor compensate us in any way for the 2+ week renovation delay caused by having to wait for a tub that wasn't broken. After the 4th broken tub was delivered, I gave up & went to Noland plumbing. They were able to provide us with a bathtub in perfect condition that day. read more
