Both times, the driver, Ricky, has gone out of his way to make sure the pallets get exactly where I need, saving me countless trips up and down a hill carrying twenty pound rocks, even when he ran the risk of getting his forklift over some tricky spots. He even said they would come take the pallets away when I was done. The store staff are also incredibly helpful and didn't mind us calling many times with questions. BL did not inform me or assign a point of contact for scheduling. Cabinets were delivered with factory defects and a wrong sized item. The company is showing no urgency in getting correct items ordered and delivered -- even after requiring full payment before delivery. AVOID Better Living cabinets department.
