The receptionist was unable to provide contact information for the sales department, but transferred me to a no voicemail line where my call was ignored. I had to call back to wait on the phone again. When I got through, I was immediately put on hold with 1 word and no time for a response. The worker I talked to was aggressive and didn't believe the lack of information on the quote I had in my hands. I will go out of my way to avoid this company in the future.
