In short, it has taken me two months to order and acquire two patio doors from this business, and I still don't have them. Details of my experience below.
On March 9th of this year, I went to BRBS to support a local business when I was purchasing some patio doors for my home. I went in and spoke with Trey, gave him my specs and price range, and he said he would get back to me. Weeks later, I called. He had not moved ahead on my order at all. That day I expressed my disappointment that nothing was happening, and he called within an hour with a quote, and said he would call me when things were finalized. No phone call. Another 2 weeks went by and I had my handyman go there and try to make headway with them. Within a day, this time working with Jay, he had doors ordered, and at a significantly lower price. Hmmm... so, they can't be bothered to order me any doors, but a guy can order the doors AND get them cheaper? I understand that my handyman did get a builder's discount, but even retail, the doors were cheaper than I was quoted. They said they would call me when they were in and arrange delivery. No phone call. I called them and, lo and behold, my doors were in. They would be delivered early Wednesday May 3rd. Guess what? NO DOORS. Nothing. I was enraged. I waited all day at home because they said they would deliver! I called, AGAIN that day, to find out where my doors were and they said they could deliver them the Thursday; I arranged for Friday. They should be here in an hour as I write this review. Whether they come today as arranged or not, I'm never doing business with these people again. I feel they seriously dismissed me and considered me unimportant, and I don't need to feel that way when trying to do business. read more
