When my wife questioned them they physically tried to snatch the receipt right out of her hand. They tried to gaslight her with questions like, "Why would we do that?" and "What proof do you have?". They even admitted they know "most people don't even know what they bring in". These people claim to be Christians, but we think they're cut from the same cloth as Jimmy Swaggart and Jim Bakker--they just use religion to cover their misdeeds. They even profit from the sale of bibles in the store! When my wife complained, they banned her from the store! How convenient! Their "family run business" is more like the mob.

I don't know the ins and outs of Geek Squad and he just was t helpful. Then when I tracked down a guy near the Apple products he told me go to Geek Squad near the checkout. So I did that and told the Geek about my appointment. To which he told me they don't replace the screens there, don't even have parts for it and wasn't sure why Apple let me make an appointment to have it solved at this location.
