My husband called to get a quote for a full upper level bathroom and closet remodel. Chris and his coworker arrived at our house TWENTY FIVE MINUTES EARLY, which most would agree is not punctual, just rude. Chris asked to use our bathroom, specifically one downstairs. We said sure go for it. He came back upstairs a significant amount of time later and began to shame us for not having our bathroom remodeled in 2017 when he came out to give us a quote then. He said "you didn't respect my time then and you're not respecting my time now." My husband, son, mother and I stood in shock, wondering what the heck was going on. I said well geez we lived through a whole pandemic since then, give me a break. He said, "that was two years before the pandemic even started" and gruffly continued his drawings, suggesting we were idiots with every question or request. He asked several times about the whereabouts of our cat and said "usually Siamese cats are friendly. Yours is not." WHAT? But wait, there's more! We politely waited for him to finish his very important drawings as we apologized for needing a new roof, new flooring, having several ambulance trips, a house fire, and being healthcare workers during a pandemic, and further trying to explain why we couldn't remodel our bathroom sooner. He and his coworker left. My husband goes downstairs and comes back up applying rubber gloves. His face aghast. "What's wrong? Why do you have rubber gloves on?" THE GUY POOPED ON OUR BATHROOM FLOOR. HE POOPED ON AND AROUND OUR TOILET. HE SAID NOTHING. HE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CLEAN IT UP. I am well aware of gastrointestinal ailments and have seen it all but this man sh*t all over my bathroom like an effing Brixton train station and then managed to come back upstairs to shame and insult me for not having my bathroom done six years ago. I called their office IN SHOCK to explain the whole thing and ask for a manager. The gal on the phone was appalled but didn't ask for my name or number, we never got a call or email in return. We managed to make it a great day for ourselves otherwise but will forever be haunted by Re-Bath and would NEVER recommend them to anyone in a thousand years. read more

While the installation went pretty well - it's more the fact that he sealed our cat in the wall! 2 days later we finally hear her and they come out that morning to cut a hole in the wall for the cat to get out. The cat was flustered and didn't know what to do so the strange man making all the noise with the saw, left to allow the cat to come out on his own. An hour later the cat came out of 1 of the 2 holes he had cut in our wall (the first hole he made was too close to the pipe so he had to make two holes) and we called and told them the cat had come out and we were ready for them to fix the 2 holes. UPDATE: 2 weeks later they fixed the holes (all except painting them which they said was "on us") and I wouldn't have come off so disappointed except not one person ever apologized for the whole thing. Maybe they were worried about losing ability (I don't know) but they did send us a thank you card in the mail later that month. read more

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. We had them come out to our house in September. We wanted to remodel our kitchen. They told us they could do it in a few months. When December came along we were trying to pinpoint a starting date. We called them to ask if they had any idea. Got a hold of the receptionist and she said I will give them the message. A week goes by with no phone call. So I call again, same situation, she said I will give Chris the message. Again, no return call. I wait another week and finally get to talk to Chris but his phone is cutting in and out. He said he would call me when he gets back to the office. Again, same result no phone call. I called again today, same result, receptionist said I will give him the message. Than I started balancing my check book, and noticed the over $3000 deposit I gave them for half payment is now back in my account. I am completely pissed off at there customer service after I used them once before, and had no problems. But, I WOULD NEVER USE them again. Had Re-Bath Alaska remodel a second bathroom. Very professional and consistent with the first remodeled bathroom we had done by them.

They came to the house for the initial bid on the redoing our bathroom. We were excited to have it done. Was told verbally that they would do the touch up painting if we did the majority of it. They then later, when the work was almost done that they don't paint. There was also some mistakes made that made the job take longer then it was scheduled to be. It probably wouldn't have been a problem except we only have the one bathroom. Some of the employees are rude and they are only nice to get the sale. Several of the contractors that came to the house were nice. If you do use their services, get everything in writing. They also charged the second half of the payment before they were supposed to. They didn't wait for the final inspection. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone. read more

Have to start with the installation team and their work - EXCELLENT! Very professional, on time each day, and the work was done with minimal dust, etc. to the rest of the house. The materials also seem to be of high quality. I do have to admit that they misrepresent their surround material. All the samples look like solid surface. The "ReBath SSP" material is actually a laminate material that is wrapped over OSB. The look is still very good, and it appears to be well installed, just something that a conscientious vendor would share during the planning phase. I am extremely disappointed in their bidding/sales process. We have a long, narrow master bath. The old vanity left quite a bit of wasted space and that was our emphasis in updating our bathroom. Even with a visit, and measurements, they ordered a smaller (60") vanity so now the second sink is unusable as it is even closer to the bathroom door than the original (4" from the wall). We also requested a very nice looking floor moulding that they actually had in their showroom. The cost was a little high but we "splurged". What was installed was a commercial grey moulding that I could have purchased at a local hardware store for 1/5 of the price. Buyer beware - you will pay premium price and with these guys the onus is on you to know what to ask for - they do not provide any value add to the process. read more

Do not use them !!! It took them 8 months to finish my kitchen. They had to reorder a cabinet 3 freaking times. There was ZERO Cutomer service. My husband and I made all the calls to find out the status of when they were to start. They told us they should start the job in 4-6 weeks it's took 9!! No one called and told there was a delay. We called them and was told the products are there yet there are no workers for weeks. The installer team was amazing. Owner Sucks. Great work, gorgeous bathroom remodel in late November--completely redone! They gave detailed quote, kept me informed weekly re:fixtures' arrival in-state, had excellent, timely contractors, kept to schedule, did not bill until I approved, excellent cleanup, and most importantly, fit and finish. Not cheap, but I had zero experience doing such work, and wanted it done right. They did exactly what I wanted, which was replacing old bathtub/shower combo with doored shower, replacing carpeting with durable flooring, new vanity, sink, granite countertop and toilet. Painting included in quote(would have been less if I had done, I provided, but they could have ), installation of light fixture (I provided) and hooks/towel racks included. I timely added change order for the painting and the shower door. Company inspected the workmanship each step of the way. Would agree "you get what you pay for." My wife and I spoke to Chris at the Home Show in April about remodeling our bathroom in preparation to sell. He came to our house within a couple of days to measure and we followed him back to the office to design the new bathroom. We picked out everything from stock already there, and were told they were a few months out, so we would be done early to mid July. I finally heard from them mid August. They called on Friday saying that they would be there the following Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The project would take 3 days. Monday morning. Canceled Tuesday morning. Canceled They came Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. To be honest, it started out very nice and was happy with their work. Joe was the main installer and he told me on Friday that he would have to come back the next day at 9 to finish. Fine. 1130 rolls around and he finally shows. He said that he needed to come back Sunday to finish "a few things". What time? 9am. 1145 rolls around and joe returns without the helper he needed to finish. He was there about an hour then left and said he had to come back Monday afternoon. I said I can be home at 3:30p from work. 4:30 Monday afternoon I get a call from the office that he in fact would not be there, asking if he could come on Tuesday at 430. Fine. Joe came with a helper, but there was some damaged/missing hardware for the shower door. He asked if I could come home during my lunch break to let him in and he would finish on Wednesday. Fine. The office called to say that, "Joe will be at your house in 20 minutes". I was home in 15. After an hour of waiting, I had to return to work, so I called the office and said that I had to get back to work and he never showed. I got a call from the office that afternoon to see if he could come back on Thursday, not the next day. The next week. The 3 day job was taking 2 weeks. The next Wednesday the office called my wife, who is now out of state, to try and reschedule yet again. I called back and said I was leaving town the following day and rescheduling was not an option, and the original 3:30p appointment had to be kept. I also told Judy in the office to remove my wife's contact as she is no longer around. Today is Thursday 8/30. I got home from work at 3:15p, and Joe and his helper are at my house. I open the garage and I get a call from my wife that Judy in the office called her yelling that "her guys were waiting and nobody answered the phone". I never received a call. The guys get started, and the helper was sent out to get some supplies they were missing. Joe is singing while he is working... then I pay attention to the words... "I wish you were cool, I wish you were nice" "you should be happy, you're getting a new bathroom" " why are you mean, making me late" I walked by the bathroom (the door was closed) making noise just to remind Joe that he wasn't alone. He kept singing his song of discontent. I opened the door and asked if was a problem, that he sounded like he was unhappy with me. He denied it and said he was singing a rap song and everything was fine. His song changed from that to "happy day" over and over. When his helper came back, Joe made sure to tell him that "I made the customer unhappy with my singing, so make sure you don't upset him". Very passive aggressive. I called the office to speak to the owner, Chris, and left a message for him to call me back as he wasn't there. About an hour later, Chris was at my house to help Joe with something and asked what I wanted to talk to him about. I told him about all that has been going on and about how there has been some backlash from his staff. He assured me that the work would be finished tonight. He thanked me for the feedback and said he would return later to talk some more and make sure that everything was complete. It seems the problem is with the shower door and I told Chris that if there was a problem with something, they should just be honest. They could've taken it back and installed a different one. We picked it because it was in stock, not because of any attachment to the door. They did not finish. Daniel and Joe came and told me that they needed to "talk to corporate" to find out how to install the shower door. Daniel assured me that Judy would contact me to schedule. I had high hopes with ReBath, but after signing the contract and making the first payment I realized my expectations would not be met. In hindsight I wish I had simply canceled the remodel. ReBath rescheduled my installation twice, the second time it was rescheduled so they would be enough workers at a trade show booth. The remodel was to replace my bath/shower and to replace our flooring with the ReBath tile system. Two workers were assigned to the remodel, though the lead worker was constantly leaving to work on other remodels he was assigned to at the same time. There was a lot of time when no work was being done because the apprentice did not know the next steps in the remodel. I believe this over-scheduling is a common practice with ReBath. My two day remodel became a three day remodel, requiring more time off from work on my part. After the remodel was finished, and the 24 hour drying time for the grout and caulk was finished, I was able to get a closer look at the work done and was disappointed in the poor quality of the finishing work. I cleaned my bathroom for two hours to get the caulk off of walls, the tub cleaned (a new scratch couldn't be removed), the handprints washed from the walls, the grout from off the top off the tile, and identifying where I would need to repaint the walls after they were damaged. I worked with ReBath (a two week process) to have the caulk around the bathtub redone, the grout I couldn't remove cleaned off the tiles and the toilet, the shower head fixed so it wouldn't drip, the tub stopper installed in the tub, and I learned why my toilet's screw covers no longer snapped on (they were replaced with similar ones after being broken in the remodel). The footprints and odd smears on the tiles seem to be unable to be washed off, but I have a feeling that this is due to the quality of the tile as much as much as the cleaning process. All in all I would not work with ReBath again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I had a difficult time deciding between a one star and a two star. I only hope the work doesn't have any issues in the future, as I have low expectations it would actually get repaired. Also, be aware that clients were given an incentive of a 50 dollar gift card to write 5 star reviews. read more

We had Re-Bath decorate a bathroom, remove old wall covering, re-texture and paint walls, re-grout tiling. First crew were obviously unskilled - bathroom looked worse after they had "finished", they even appeared to use unlicensed personnel to do electrical work. We pointed out the problems. A subcontractor was brought in to repair original work. Project took multiple weeks instead of planned 3-4 days. Even prior to starting work the office staff was unresponsive and rude. At the end (?) of project they insisted on final payment with threat of sending to collections and onerous late fees even though we were obviously dissatisfied with the work. We paid so we would not have to deal with them any more. Obviously this a rant but we have pictures and email correspondence to prove our point. We hope this is not indicative of re-bath franchises nationwide. I have to rate them in order to post this so I have to put one star but I wanted to put zero. read more

I actually give this place zero stars. These people really suck and don't care about their customers one bit. My mom had her and my dad's entire bathroom redone along with a walk-in tub. They took almost a month to complete the project and my mother had to paint the bathroom on her own because they didn't even include that in the $18,000 they charged us. I went to take a bath in the tub not even a full year after it was finished and after I filled the tub up with 75 gallons of water the door opened and flooded our house. These people did absolutely nothing about it and said that it wasn't their problem. Also the bathroom sink smelled like rotten eggs every single time the water was run in the sink, the whole entire time before they finally corrected it because they had done something wrong, but, they continued to charge us and never apologized for any of their wrongdoings. These Re-Bath people SUCK at what they do and absolutely have no care in the world about their customers. We had damage done to the sink after the earthquake, but my mom wanted nothing at all to do with these inconsiderate ass holes, so I had to pay more money out of my pocket to get things fixed the right way. read more

ReBath is a good concept but the delivery is unsatisfactory and inconsistent. It is EXACTLY like a big box store but with only one brand. They send teams of craftspeople to do the work just like Lowes or Home Depot. It takes six weeks or so for your stuff to arrive and if there are ANY PROBLEMS you can forget it. Receptionists are obstructive and rude, salespeople just charge your credit card and have no buy in on customer satisfaction. We have used them twice but the work on the second job looks so bad we will have to have it redone. Workmen left the room splattered, dirty, and in need of further work. Just unacceptable all the way around. Repeated polite and increasingly incredulous requests to finish the job and fix mistakes were ignored. We felt like we were asking for a new car just to get the basic things we requested. Never again. read more

he Rudest customer service ever. Randy is nice as a salesman but once he has your money and your contract signed he is one of the rudest owners of a small business. They came over to do our shower and told us that the insulation was wet due to the old tub leaking and that they will re insulate the area. Then they told us due to mold they had to tear out some insulation. They did tear out the insulation but never replaced it. I was told that the quote included all of that. So when we got our first cold temps our shower pipes and drain froze. Went into the store on Old Seward and set up an appointment. Randy said nothing to me although he was sitting right there. He then in a coward act called my wife not me to tell her that it is not their problem and that they are not coming out to fix it. I then call them back and instead of a hello on the phone I get a YA!!! I respond is this rebath he says yeah what do you want. Is that any way to treat a customer who just paid 8000 dollars. He set up a new appointment and never showed up. My wife went in to ask why and she was treated really rude. She also mentioned that the job was done while we were at work and that the color was wrong he said that is what you picked. We were also showed samples that was thick not the thin plastic that was got. I hope this review helps others in this small community not to get ripped off. I know a lot of contractors and all are helping spread the word about the Re-Bath rip off. I am also taking this to their corporate offices in Arizona. I tried to solve this with the local business owner and he has no intention of helping us. read more

I just had a full bathroom remodel from Re Bath and it is just Beautiful and only took 3 days to complete. My husband and myself went to the showroom and sales person Chris helped us put everything together the cabinetry, flooring shower walls and shower are beautiful. The colors work excellent with each other. The young men that did the work were excellent and very friendly. I would recommend Re Bath to anyone. They are a 5 star in my book. read more

In August 2013, they installed a new shower, toilet, vanity with double sinks and flooring in my master bath. Initial appearance, fit and finish was good. They returned a few days later to remove a flow restrictor from the shower head and examine the leaking shower door, doing some repairs attempting to stop the leak. They returned once to stop a toilet leak, replacing the wax ring that had been damaged during installation and tightening some fittings, stopping that leak. They returned again repeatedly over the following 25 months to continue attempting to stop the shower leak. Finally they informed me that the type of shower door installed was prone to leaking and that there was nothing further they could do to stop the leak. They had failed to inform me of this possibility at the time of sale, but stated they were inform new customers of this possibility. They initially offered to install a replacement door of my choosing at no labor cost, if I paid for the new door. Later, they contacted me to refer me to a third party for a new shower door with no offer of reimbursement to replace the defective door. They continue however to return when I asked for help with the leaking door. Eventually, a new piece of framing was installed at the bottom of the door, at the suggestion of the door supplier based in AZ, and they continued to tinker with stopping the leak until finally, at the end of February 2015, the leak was stopped. During the period of time of these interactions, they had a complete change over in office staff and the atmosphere of the office similarly completely changed for the better. At this time, I perceive the office staff as helpful and friendly. Based on this change in attitude and the final correction of the leak, I'm rerating them. read more
