YES, and they have sales occasionally too! We bought a wide Jenn-Air 42' refrigerator (standard is 36') from them when we built our home. I get the replacement water filters from them, but today I saw (angels singing in the background) The 'It' Grill! It's a Napoleon grill. I stopped and had to come back to it over and over. It was their smallest model. (4-9 month order lead time.) Biggest model has a Wok burner w/high BTU, big grill surface, irradiant heat burners, wood smoker drawer and rotisserie attachments, plus special stainless expanding grill grates. Ok this in on my 2022/2023 order list! This is the sexiest grill we must have! SOLD! I'm drooling typing this! My Costco Grill has served me well but it's time to jump up to the Best In Class! Erik explained it all and more. The grill will be close to $5K and can be bought with propane or natural gas. We ran natural gas lines for just this reason to our deck. In calling today the employee, I spoke to was rude and had an attitude when I asked if there was a timeframe on when I would receive a phone call about the time. This might be one of the only times I've ever had to walk around looking for someone to help me instead of the other way around. I meandered to the back where it said Geek Squad and asked about where I could find an Apple genius. The guy was untactful telling me that it was the car area. I don't know the ins and outs of Geek Squad and he just was t helpful. Then when I tracked down a guy near the Apple products he told me go to Geek Squad near the checkout. So I did that and told the Geek about my appointment. To which he told me they don't replace the screens there, don't even have parts for it and wasn't sure why Apple let me make an appointment to have it solved at this location. This guy was actually nice at least and gave me helpful information on where to go next.

While the location didn't have the product, he directed me to the diamond location, which he was able to tell me had the correct part I needed. I go over to the diamond location and I speak with William at the counter who asks me for the part number of the product. I tell him what the product is and I show him on the STIHL Website, and he replies with " Sir, there's no way I can find your product if you don't know the part number" I show him the one given to me on the website, and he says "that doesn't help me". Respectfully, I offer to call the old Seward location to speak with the gentleman who directed me to the diamond location and see if he could tell me the part number. Immediately, Zeph picks up the phone and I explain the situation. I tell him that William can't find the product without knowing the part number. Zeff replies with "Na, He's just being lazy. He can find the product." Zeph from Old Seward then gives me the part number, and I share it with William to help me find the product. Shout out again for the customer service at the old Seward location coming in handy, even at the diamond location. Ha ha. I would encourage the diamond location to be a little bit more familiar with the product so that they're able to help customers who come in, not knowing the part number. I understand how the part identification system works, but it did feel like William was honestly just annoyed to serve a customer, and I did kindly express how I desired to give him my business and wanted to help serve him by helping him find the product, but simply didn't know the part number.
