I told them I wanted to check the reviews on the blower and would be back if the reviews were positive. The reviews were great so went back on Thursday September 3rd to purchase. The same manager and a different cashier now told me that they would not honor the advertised free battery with a blower purchase. They said the add was deceiving. The add, as shown below, clearly has a red box around the BUY ONE GET ONE FREE advertisement. Seems suspicious that the add is very clear on the offer and they brought it to my attention on Wednesday. Now they "CANNOT HONOR THE ADVERTISEMENT".

I bought the Speed Queen TR5 which comes with a five year warranty. It is built with steel gears and transmission. It has a ceramic coating of the drum instead of plastic like everyone else does these days. It has no lid lock except during the spin cycle. My old Maytag which wore out after 7 years took five minutes to unlock after canceling the cycle. The Speed Queens do not connect to the internet. To me it's just more things that need maintenance. The TR5 is just a simple, strong, sturdy, commercial grade, laundromat quality washer. That's all I want. Wash my clothes for 20 years like they used to make them. This washer is just that. I walked in at 10 am, confirmed they had the machine in stock (23 were just shipped in which kind of proves it's the correct unit to buy), and made the purchase. The primary reason I chose Grand is because they use their own delivery people, not third parties like the big box stores do. Delivery was inexpensive considering they hauled off the old worn out machine. 100% satisfied.

He eventually showed where to take it. Every previous time at TSC, the employee took my tank at the gate and prevented me from entering the locked area. Next time, TSC employees should ask, "May I assist you with the tank?" If I have this right, you are being paid by the customers to serve us.

Store was pretty well stocked with many early Black Friday tool promos. Generally the tools on sale are a great deal the non sale items will be a good deal unless that item is on sale at a different hardware store. I have had good luck with my Bauer electrical tools so I added a new remote radio that can use my existing battery to my collection. They do have a very in depth supply of most electrical tools and an in depth area for car repair tools. Tons of wrenches and sockets as well. Definitely worth checking out if you need a tool or home repair item. Also much smaller so you don't have to navigate a giant big box hardware store. The staff though may not have a ton of knowledge so do you research on what you need before you go. The one item to be aware of is that all the power tools only have a short 90 day warranty and if you want you can pay more for a longer warranty at checkout.

A. fix your times to align with 98% of similar chain stores and what your google listing shows. B. ask me if I need assistance when I enter your store, instead of being complete ghosts and approaching me ONLY to notify me you guys are closing in 2 minutes... How these places are still in business these days is already a stretch of the imagination. Add in poor customer service and terrible hours, they're just compiling the problem. I entered the store and found clear labels of what each aisle contained which brought me to the exact type of item I was looking for. This was much easier than shopping with their office supplies competitors where many aisles have no labels forcing you to wander around looking. I was looking for desk organization items such as in & out baskets, post it note holders, pencil holders, that type of thing. They had a wide variety of styles and prices to choose from. I didn't need the whole set just one specific item and narrowed it down to two that I wanted. This was good to have a choice and I opted for the more expensive one because it was more sturdy. Too many times I have shopped at a competitor only to walk out empty handed because they didn't have want I wanted. And I don't like for an employee to tell me I can order one online. If you are going to have a brick and mortar store then please stock it because I want what I want when I want it and don't want to wait. Office Depot "gets it" and does exactly that.
