The 12 bags I had poured had hardened enough to stand on by the time I got back, about 1 hour. Several hours after I poured 3 bags they were still soft as soup. The next morning I noticed they were still soft. I spoke to the manager "Ger-ette" he asked me sarcastically, "what do you want me to do?" I said I want a return or exchange. He said to bring the bags in. I said ok. Then he added narrative, unopened in the bag. I said how else can I realize that the concrete was bogus unless it was poured, do you want me to dig it out and bring the mess in? Then he denied me any type of refund or exchange. He mention every type of wise guy excuse to justify his denial. Reminded me of a classmate in business college that I outscored. I guess Ill let him punk me out of 3 bags of concrete. The moral of the story here summed up in two words for ya, Bad Business.

It looks like at least 1 would have made it here. They will not contact me about this after my 3 requests for an explaination. My address doesn't even come up on their rebate international site. I was told the products would be in around 2 to 3 weeks, so was looking forward to having them installed in early to mid December. There was some issue with my vanity top, so repeat measurements were taken on November 30th. I was told the top would be in either the week before Christmas (this week) or the week of Christmas. Long story short, my general contractor told me yesterday that ProSource told him my vanity top won't be in until January 8th. It is so easy to blame the holidays for these delays, but this should have been handled in a more timely fashion so as to avoid using that excuse. I was so looking forward to getting my home and life mostly back to normal just before Christmas. This ordeal has ruined my family's Thanksgiving and now Christmas & New Year's too ! This was our second trip to the Tile Shop on the southside. Our first was to select tile for a…read morebacksplash in our kitchen. Nearly ten years later, we were able to find the same tile and the complementary smaller trim tiles to replace the damaged ones we had when we changed counter tops through a different company. I won't guarantee that if you make a purchase, and need more at a later time they will have it, but it definitely influenced my rating. Like the other reviewers, the customer service could be more welcoming. We wandered the spacious store looking for something to go with our tile and when the small staff did not greet us, my wife simply took matters into her own hands and asked one of the staff (when she finished on the phone) if she could help us. They just don't have many folks on the floor to assist. Maybe if they shifted priority to helping in house customers instead of dealing with other tasks, they would have a better overall rating. The most frustrating thing my wife encountered was that they didn't have the boxes for the items you wanted stacked nearby. So, we couldn't tell if the items were available in the quantities we wanted without asking. Again, not having many people working means there may be delays in getting answers. Fortunately, they weren't that busy during our visit and my wife was able to get the small quantity of items packaged and ready to go in just a short visit. Overall, they have a lot of beautiful displays to inspire customers for future projects. I thought the prices reflected the different quality of materials, so you have a lot of control over how much your renovation can run based upon the materials you choose. It was located in our second floor, which we hardly use since we have a bathroom ourselves in our masters bedroom. But the main concern was wood cracking, which is very disappointing for a thousand dollar vanity. I tried to reached out to customer care support to help me with the resolution with our bathroom vanity. But they refused to help, and get it resolved. I rather just bought a cheap vanity, than getting disappointed with expensive poor quality vanity. I will never buy products in floor and decor ever again! On our second day after choosing our tile, Lisa was wonderful to walk with us to organize our purchase by literally being our personal shopper. We did not have to move or lift any heavy tile boxes. So helpful. Since we are from out of town and would be back the next weekend, there was no problem holding 1/2 of our purchase. Perfect example of wonderful customer service.
