He won't stay still, thrashes around and gets very loud/growly when his paws and butt are touched. Ellie has done an amazing job with him!! She's been so patient with him, especially since he was described as being one of her most difficult grooms ever. Ellie has always been very communicative about any issues that came up during the grooming, all while being very kind and not at all judgmental. I cannot recommend this salon enough, especially Ellie if you want someone you can trust to take care of your difficult dog.

Really, we were always on time, tipped very well and we have never had any complants from any groomer on her. Luckily found another groomer who does just as good of a job and is thrilled to groom her. Wish you had told us you were having problems with her standing, not long after we left she was diagnosed with Adisons and we almost lost her. She was not standing for you because she couldn't. Luckily she is doing well now and will even hold up her paws for her new groomer. Never had an issue with your work it was excellent just hurt you did not completly disclose to us what the issues were.
