With customizing the ice and sugar added level, you can get the drink that suits you the best. A large menu selection and pleasant service here (although a kiosk ordering option is available as well). I enjoyed it! The Deets: While doing some errands at McCrimmons Corners, I spotted this place and decided on a refreshment stop there. Even on their own items, I've seen this place as BenGong's Tea and Ben Gong's Tea which supposedly means "Her Majesty's" Tea in Chinese. I went into the quaint, bright, inviting bubble tea shop and saw that you can order with staff or by kiosk, a plus for those of us that are not "kiosk friendly" yet. In looking at the menu, I spotted the Green Grape Sparkling Tea and went with that one. The staff member was pleasant and helpful taking my order. I ordered with less ice and no added sweetness, with the added fruit in it the sweetness was just right for me without adding extra so good call. The tasty bubbly tea was just what I wanted, I liked this drink. I did notice afterwards with their online menu that the "toppings" included with this drink are crystal jelly and lime slices, so I think I might ask for no crystal jelly next time. Also of note is that their containers are very sturdy with a good sized portion as well (as they are not the cheapest beverages but again, good quality). My tea came out in pretty good time, I thought, but did I did see others waiting around a bit for their order so it may depend on what you actually order on how quickly you get it. I'm glad I stopped to try out BenGong's Tea and won't hesitate to visit in the future when needing a bit of refreshment.

SipCha is a small boba shop next to the Publix that has limited seating, but delicious drinks and friendly service. I certainly have a favorite boba destination, but SipCha gravitates me away from that other spot every so often, whenever I want to try something new. Here's what I've had here so far: Lemongrass Lychee splash: Oh man this is such an interesting one! One thing you notice is that the real ingredients are in the drink. So when it says lemongrass, you'll get lemongrass actually running through the drink. The flavors are real and strong, this was a good one! Passion in Paradise: I love passion fruit drinks, this one was no different. Pear Osmanthus: I was shocked to not only find chunks of pear in the drink, but a real tea bag, elevating the flavor of the drink. I love when a place does real tea, not just the powder. Oh, and this drink was excellent, would order again! Can't wait to keep coming back here and try more options! It is not everyday where I have lemongrass or even pear as an option!

The milk tea was fantastic. Very nice tea flavor, the milk tasted high quality and the boba was perfect texture. Definitely top five for boba texture I have had across 100+ different boba shops that I have been to. This was perfectly QQ(springy, bouncy) and wasn't mushy or hard at all. The ube mochi waffle was also great, very bouncy texture as well and the ube whipped cream was spectacular. Only downside is I do wish they put just a little bit less whipped cream as it did slide off very easily or maybe change the way they add it on. Other than that, great place and the seating area was super clean and spotless.

I've had this drink here before but not with the debris. Looked like cleaning brush bristles. I returned and showed to owner/manager who said it was from fresh mangoes. ...maybe it was shredded mango pit?? My hubby and I had already drank about 1/2 of it, noticing the hairlike debris. We both ended up with bubble gut in the bathroom. We are familiar with fresh mangoes. Still unsure what the hairlike debris was. May stick to the rolled ice cream. No more mango drink + for us.

Freshly fried and incredibly crispy, each bite had that perfect crunch while still staying juicy on the inside. While I was enjoying that, one of the staff members suggested I try the Classic Pepper and Plum powder as well. I'm glad they did. The Classic Pepper brought a bold, aromatic kick, while the Plum powder added a subtle sweet-and-tangy twist that made the flavor profile even more addictive.
