Upon entering European Ornamental, I was amazed at the artistry/options. I designed the railing I wanted in a gloss finish. At the same time, they took the front step railing to recoat to look like new for a reasonable price. In 2021, I had the back railing recoated due to some rusting after sun and winter exposure. Today my 25 yr old iron patio furniture was returned after being re powder coated in semi gloss/matte finish. IT LOOKS AWESOME, BETTER THAN NEW. Thankfully, Julian was able to transport all 16 pieces to/from the location to get all the pieces recoated-I never could have myself. For any custom work, I highly recommend EUROPEAN ORNAMENTAL. The service, workmanship, friendliness is wonderful. I asked about best winter storage for patio furniture. The owner Sparta is a real professional and fine gentleman to deal with. He's a throwback to when craftsmen took pride and ownership in their handiwork. He installed a stunning 300 ft. long 5'high wrought iron fence over a sloping and erratic terrain that is my back yard in Medinah. The job was finished a day earlier than planned in 98 degree (115 humidity index) brutal heat wave that didn't slow the work down a bit. (I actually recommended him to take breaks or even a day off, but he wouldn't have any of it.) He and his helper worked tirelessly doing the back breaking tasks of digging holes, pouring concrete, clearing brush, etc. Sparta actually does the welding and iron cutting himself on site, to ensure a good snug and clean fit. The 3 gates installed are perfectly balanced and swing open and shut with the touch of a finger. The whole job took less than a week and after cleaning up everything perfectly Sparta even threw in an impromptu gutter repair for me. I obtained 5 estimates and researched each one meticulously before deciding on Elite and am so happy I did. I contacted Adam and he replaced some of the boards but the warping continued and our fence now looks terrible. I tried contacting him again to replace more of the warped boards (which he admitted was due to poor quality wood they purchased) and did not receive a response. Two years later, some of the boards are falling off the steel posts. Also, they left nails on our driveway which caused us a flat tire on our car and cost us hundreds to replace. The wood is uneven, not evenly spaced, and doesn't look professional. If you want uneven boards, warped wood, nails left behind, gaps everywhere then go ahead and contact Town Fence.

Within a reasonable time frame (about 8 weeks in our case), Ramiro and the Skyline Metal Fabrication team was on site to start work. We found the entire crew to be friendly, considerate, conscientious, expedient, professional and hard-working.
