I had Fence on the Mend come out and redo my fence... also build a small area to hide the garbage cans. They put a weird fastener on that area. I started having trouble with it and called. I was told they would come out and check it. Then got another text saying "I didn't forget about you"... but obviously they did. I reached out recently because now it just doesn't work at all. Paid good money for all of this and am very disappointed that they are now completely ghosting me. I'll have to pay someone else to do the job that should have been done right the first time. I am all for utilizing smaller mom and pop businesses, but these people give the rest of them a bad name. The woman responsible for booking (let's call her M) created a truly terrible and unprofessional experience. They do not appear to want to speak over the phone or physically come out for an estimate, operating off of pictures via text. They also do not provide a specific day that they will show up to complete work (giving themselves an entire week window for their arrival). She booked me 2 weeks out and did not show. Upon contact, she tried to push me out an additional week (and had conveniently forgotten the agreed upon price), citing non existent weather issues for delays, and not notifying me until I reached out asking when they would be arriving. It was clear they had forgotten. Upon calling and expressing my frustration with this, she hung up in my face and went MIA. Do yourself a favor and utilize any number of the countless professional fence services in the area, and avoid this nonsense. read more

This company was recommended to us from a local fence company. We had them come in to take down a fence post and 2 panels of our 2 year old fence to have some yard work done. First off we were charged for removing two sections and two posts when only one post was removed. Then to reinstall the same sections and the same posts on the second trip. Only one post was removed of which was sawed off and then replaced making the post unstable and the damage to the crossbeams was so severe we had to call them back to replace them. They would not replace the damaged post. We have to have it replaced once spring comes by another company. Should have known something was off when we had to pay the $475 up front. I would stay away from this company it will cost you more in the long run! read more

These guys are awesome. The whole team was very responsive with communication and quick to complete the job when we had some storm/wind damage. We moved about a year ago to a house with a fairly old fence, and replacing the entire thing is just not within the budget right now! Thankfully this service exists, and it was super easy to work with them. They even offered to come within a window that wouldn't conflict with a family party we had planned in advance, which was much appreciated.
