My friend was accused of stealing just because she put her keys in her pocket and i guess had a similar key chain to what they sell (mind you were at the beach multiple times a year and shop at all the local surf shops) and I later called to speak to a manger about this situation, as me and my friends felt humiliated and was treated with ignorance and sarcasm. It was only tried on at home once and looked like an old lady according to my friends and daughter. Nope. They said we have a no return policy and tell every customer. The store was brimming, almost overflowing, with curated women's clothing and accessories. I think we all found a little too much that we liked, including a summer dress, cardigan, and lots of jewelry. The prices were fair and ranged from $8-25 for the items we purchased. There were some designer pieces that were definitely higher and some folks may be disappointed if they are looking for dollar deals. Everything was hand selected for quality and condition so I think the prices reflect that. The shop keeper was very busy but cordial manning the phones (with lots of callers inquiring about consigning), ringing up sales, and helping in store customers. Bargain prices, beautifully merchandised, nice selection, and attentive but not pushy customer service. Kristin Quinn & her Mom are super. She splits all consignments 50/50. So far, my stuff has sold for $50, and darn it all, I put it toward the luggage set I craved! I got 5 pieces of Vera Bradley Suzani luggage - worth at least $800 for only $175.
