I remember getting tires put on there back in the day. Now it's gone, along with a lot of other stores. But there are still plenty of stores here, enough to keep this like a real Mall. The people working here are all super friendly and helpful. There's all sorts of stuff here and the selection depends. It varies! I'm not 100% sure but lots of their stuff appears to be from Costco?? Maybe Costco returns?? 20% off their clothing items are made it a deal for me and I was able to snag two jackets at discounted price. They have their own small parking lot.

I barely shop for clothes here, but the food selection is good. I recommend getting a soft serve taiyaki from iSee Cream, cute boba drinks from Ume Tea, and the original boba shop Quickly. Not much dine-in restaurants in here since it's three big American chains and one new ramen restaurant. I like there's a mini work from home office next to the restroom on the second floor. Their WiFi is free to use. Some areas are a bit empty. There's also a DMV service, but I don't think they offer full service like getting a license. Overall it's nice to walk around with lots of available parking. It's even conveniently located near the BART station.

The person in my party was willing to do a bundle deal for a mild discount (such as if one was $3, my person was willing to do 2 for $5). Because the store does not allow to take a cart outside, my mom purchased a paper bag and started to put 18 small/medium items in a big paper bag. The other 2 big items she carried by hands. After scanning all items, the cashier lady collected all remained stuffs and tried to throw them in the bag carelessly. My mom told her "let me organize and put stuffs in". Right after that, the cashier demanded "can you pay first?". My mom said " I will pay after putting stuffs in". The cashier walked over another register and exchanged place with another cashier gentleman???!!! Less than 4 minutes, my mom paid with her credit card. And the same cashier lady screamed out "shit...get out of the store... we don't want you here..." while walking by my mom and disappeared behind the shelves. My mom was astonished by her attitude. She asked the cashier gentleman who was helping her "What type of customer service is this?", and concluded "I won't come back here if she is still here!". I am watching the cashier gentleman nicely to help my mom open the door and comparing the 2 opposite customer services. I hope that the manager or owner would train that cashier lady properly and no other customer could twicely (carelessly handle and rude behavior) be pushed away like that!!!

Sadly the Sees Candies is closed. That was one of the nearest ones to where I live and probably one of the ones that has been around for the longest. Drakes is a highlight. If you have never been you need to go. One of the best places in this mall that isn't an uninteresting chain. Home Depot. Been to this one tons and tons of times. Love Home Depot. Many of the faucets and some pieces of lumbar are from this store. Had some carpet installed from here using their contractors. Walmart -- keeps me coming back. Mr Moose likes some things I can only easily find here. Meanwhile I grab some other things. Parking lot is big and there is always a spot open - maybe the hardest place to find a spot is near Walmart. Mall in general is clean and never had an issue when parking my car here.
