They also have a good selection of dress shoes for men if you can find your size. The prices?? Well, they are decent, not as cheap as before, sometimes, you might be able to negotiate the price in some stores. Don't quote me on that though, if you know what I mean. I always see my folks in the jewelry section, so there's that. Located in East Oakland (Yeah, that's right), the larger parking lot is in the back, which I suggest since it's easier to get in and out of. Maybe it's me, but I've always liked coming here!!

The back parking lot is much bigger than the front. But they have multiple stores with men's and women's fashions, from formal to casual, shoes also. Good selection!! I was inquiring about services and he told me I needed to come back in 20 minutes because he needed to take his lunch. I agreed to come back, once I got back this is the work that I got. As you can see my piercings are uneven. When I brought this to the guy's attention he began yelling at me and stating he can take the piercing out, all while he was trying to aggressively grab the jewelry out of my ear. The service I received was not professional and I do not recommend anyone else goes here to get any piercings done.

I do not even like Starbucks here... And I used to frequent them often. I did find a few shirts I liked at Marshalls, but did not buy as I just have way too many. Discovered Tesla charging stations "hidden" in the rear of the center, see picture. I have to admit, when we did NOT know better approximately 20 years ago, we used to come here often. But the environment has changed, and not for the better. Way busier, more car break-ins, more poor drivers, etc. And really no brands that I personally shop. Plus, we now have the Livermore outlets! Which is still my favorite! Atmosphere - 23 businesses, see website. Crazy busy on weekends. Limited parking. Potential car break-ins; see parking lot signs. Public restrooms near Starbucks, good luck. You do not even have a rideshare drop off/pick up area. Open 7 days a week. Service - Depends on where you shop. Price - Outlet pricing. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1998, we have been customers since then.

The remodeled shopping center looks great. Visually lots of upgrades and some much needed stores. The grocery store is particularly appreciated for nearby residents. I know certain neighborhoods can become food deserts where fast food junk is the only option. Security guards are around which is great. I've never had any issues with my cars while parked and at Bingo but I know a friend who has. I'm convinced it has to do with his fancy flashy car - a Camaro - it is just asking for attention. Sometimes attention can be good. Sometimes attention can be bad. Under some circumstances its best to be invisible. I think there is a Ross and a Devita blood dialysis place there.
