Rather than calling our Home Warranty company and potentially waiting days for a plumber, we gave Loyall a call. We had used them once before through the warranty company and they had done good work. Amy answers the phones and is pleasant and helpful! She scheduled the appt and even gave us a call when the plumber was available to come earlier than originally planned. Great communication! Loyall, the owner/plumber arrived right on time with a mask on. I appreciated that during these times of COVID. He has a great demeanor, communicates well and clearly knows his craft. Now, towards honesty and integrity.. he asked if we still had a home warranty, which we do. It's not with one he is contracted with, but he said "you know, they would cover both of the repairs you're requesting". How kind! He was willing to give up a job to help a customer save money. I wanted it done right away, though and had him proceed. Ultimately, we only paid $20 more than we would have paid to the Home Warranty company! Our faucet apparently only had a loose insert. He tightened and tested it to make sure. He could have sold us a new cartridge or faucet, but that's not his style. If you're looking for a good, honest and fair plumber with integrity, give Loyall a call! I'm so happy that we did.

Antelope Valley plumbing answered the phone right away. Was attentive to my issue, and sent Joey as my tech right away. I was afraid that being Monday, they would be booked up from weekend plumbing problems. Joey was extremely professional, very sympathetic to my situation, was attentive, and very thorough... I was afraid that I would get a crooked plumber or a plumbing company, that would squeeze every nickel out of me. I felt in good hands. And that they weren't going to upsell me, or charge me extra for stuff that was not necessary. That's huge when you are a client; To have a plumbing company and tech know what the average homeowner faces, and not try to take advantage of the situation. Thank you so much, Antelope Valley plumbing.!!! I assure you that if I ever have plumbing issues again, I will definitely be coming to you guys.

Antelope Valley Plumbing reached out to me with a local number (all the others were 888 numbers and there were no answers when I tried calling). I called Antelope Valley Plumbing and was able to confirm the appointment time I was looking for, which was today at 2. The phone call was no fuss, no muss, and very straight forward. It's rare that it goes that smoothly these days so I was very happy. I received a text @ 1:30 telling me that the plumber, Joey, was in route. 10 minutes later he shows up, lays out the process in which the service will proceed, and it was very upfront and reasonable. In a very short time, my leak was gone, my front yard was no longer flooded, and Joey is a very personable individual who obviously takes pride in the work he does. While the repaired pipe was going thru it's curing time, Joey took the time to discuss some other projects I am looking to get done in the future. He didn't have to do that, but he happily did. Based on the communication, the response and repair time, and the price, this was a 10 star experience for me. It was stressful watching my yard get more flooded by the hour. Call this business for your next plumbing service. 10/10 Response Time 10/10 Communication 10/10 Technician skillset and demeanor 10/10 Price

Most recently we had a leak coming from our box that houses the main shut off valve. This turned out to be much more than that as it turned out to be a leak from our hot water line and under our concrete slab. Frank had suggested rerouting the line from the water heater. Which prevented any damage to our concrete walkway and foundation. After reviewing our options the reroute was the most cost effective. Frank got started rite away, he also pointed out that our water pressure regulator has failed as we were running 90 psi in the house. So he included replacing the pressure regulator in his estimate. After 2 days the job was complete. Frank did all the patch work, stucco repair and paint matching as needed. He cleaned up after each day and made the job appear as if nothing ever happened. If you have any plumbing issues give Frank a call.
