Communication with Max during the day of the move was also excellent, and he and his partner worked fast and efficiently. I would use them again, and strongly recommend them. Much thanks to Team Raimond!

The owner…read moreof the company came over a few days prior to our move to do a walk through and get an idea of what was going. The day of the move, three guys showed up and began moving things down and out to their truck, and even took out some things to leave on the sidewalk. Our 3 story house with garage and cellar was emptied in 3 hours. The movers drove from Brockton to Salem and unloaded 2 dressers to the third floor, 2 dressers and a huge 7' china cabinet to the second floor, and other big pieces including a dining room table to the first floor along with probably 20 boxes to the cellar. They tried to bring a couch up to the third floor, but due to the winding stair cases, it was too tight (the only thing we couldn't get where we planned). They are very careful with packing the many antique pieces of furniture in blankets and cardboard and didn't damage anything. Thank you guys for such a great job! A FULL day's work with three professional and friendly guys for under a $1000!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the moving services I recently received…read morefrom ( Triple M Movers & Storage) 220 Cushing St Stoughton, MA 02072 From start to finish, my experience was marred by unprofessionalism, incompetence, and outright theft. To start off, they robbed me of money I was owed! The movers were just as bad, immediately setting a negative tone for the day. Their handling of my belongings was careless and unprofessional. Despite my clear labeling of boxes containing fragile items, these were treated with the same rough handling as everything else. I'm sure I'll find damaged items when I open my boxes. They also damage my wall. Idiots! The worst was the stolen money by members in the main office. This is not only a breach of trust but a criminal act which I been advised to report to the authorities. (Most definitely) The customer service I received when I attempted to address these issues was equally appalling. My calls were [ignored/delayed], and when I finally managed to speak with a representative, my concerns were dismissed and no real effort was made to resolve the situation. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Triple M to look elsewhere. Their poor service, combined with the dishonest behavior of their employees, makes them a trash of a place to avoid at all costs. I give the rating of 0 The 1* was only so I can post. We're going to make sure no one uses this place ever! Business no more! Mr. File Report

They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too! (Just be extra communicative about what you need).

As I told them I moved the safe in myself, and I wasn't going to move it out myself as it was about 600 lbs and I barely got it in myself. The three of them made it look easy moving it out and did an excellent job in the process. They made absolutely certain that my safe was secure during the entire process, they wrapped the entire safe as well as the door to make sure the electronics didn't get damaged at all. And then at the end of the move they made certain that the safe opened and closed as it should properly. My parents used Kilroy Brother's moving a little over 30 years ago, and they did a great job then. I can say they continue to do a great job now. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. I have no intentions to move out of my house that I just purchased anytime soon, but I can say when the time does come for me to move, I will definitely be contacting Kilroy to move not only my safe but also my entire house. They were very reasonable in the pricing, and I shopped around prior to selecting a company to move my safe. They were very responsive when I reached out to them as well. I personally spoke with the owner prior to the move to find out what information they needed and when I told him the weight of the safe he didn't hesitate to say that they could move it and didn't upcharge me like other companies did because it was "over weight." While I do agree it was certainly very heavy, I don't' think that it was too unreasonable to ask to have professional's move. As I said, I truly can't say enough good things about Tim, Wayne, and Jasyin and Kilroy Bothers as a whole. The three of them did a great job, and I'll definitely be contacting them again when the time comes again for another move.
