I have never ever walked away from this place happy, they charge way too much for the sub par service you get. I'm assuming the good reviews are from people who really don't know any better. I kept giving this place a shot to redeem themselves and each time it was an epic fail. Also don't fall for their membership they pretty much made hundreds off of me without providing services.. it's a long story so I'll just leave it at that. I received a gift card from my sister so I booked a facial. Facial was fine...nothing extraordinary for what they are charging. Then afterwards they suggested I buy their skincare products. Willing to try something new, I did. I tried them for a couple days and everyday I woke up each morning with redder and redder skin and 2-4 new pimples. I took the products back and requested a refund. The spa manager tried to convince me to continue using the products but I refuse to use products that aren't giving me the results I want. Why would I want my skin red and covered in pimples????? The spa manager said she would have to call her boss and I left the products with her. She called later and said they don't do refunds but would offer me 50% back since two of the products were opened and used. The third product was still sealed. I declined and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Fejjab disputed the dispute with an explanation that they do not offer any refunds for products or services (as evidenced by their website) and claimed that they are a small business that can't lost the profit from the sale. Only after going to their spa did I check out their Yelp page and I know there will be a response from management saying this was my fault and I should have known about the no refund policy and I should have continued to use the products that irritated my skin. I definitely have learned to do my research better on companies and the products they sell (but don't offer any satisfaction guarantee). I hope this review helps others be aware of their policies and I would definitely encourage investigating any product they sell before purchasing. Because if you're unhappy with it, they don't care. They need your money. Stick to Ulta which offers a full refund within 30 days of purchase for used products. read more

I hate to write this as the staff was extremely friendly and the place was clean. However, it's not a place I'd return to for a lymphatic massage. It's $165 for this specific massage and it is not done the right way; no tools were used, hardly any pressure and the massage was very erratic. There was also no water offered after the massage either... if you've ever had a real lymphatic massage, water is important to give afterwards. It has a feel of those $90 hour massage places but with higher end facility prices. read more

Jazmin went over all the specials they had going on and I was immediately interested. I was given a massage by Hector who was very catering to my muscle relaxing needs. I'm not really a massage/Spa type of guy, But the amount of relaxation, and calmness I felt after the massage was undeniable. I was massaged by Dakota and for the entire massage it was as if I was in my own world of heaven and can't say enough how wonderful Dakota is and her entire energy is just beautiful. I came here based off of the reviews. I got a facial done and I believe it was a 1 hour facial. It was my first time coming here & I had high expectations. The facial was basic at the least she washed my skin, barely did any extractions, did a quick steam and massage then some serum was placed and she cut my time short my almost 10 minutes. I brought it to her attention & I looked at my watch before we started to make sure I get the full time allotted ( I even stated that to her) she's like oh but because you use retinol I couldn't do the other stuff I needed to do. Okay then why cut 10 minutes & not tell me that from the beginning? I just like full transparency. The manager of the spa gave me some serums at the end to apologize for what happened & asked if I would still like to tip the esthetician. That was very brazen of her to even ask. If I'm tipping it's because I felt someone did a good job at a service the provided a tip should never be expected. I didn't like that very tacky. Anyways I gave a small tip. In the before time, January of 2020 to be exact, and my sister got me a gift card to this spa tucked into a strip mall in Whittier. Deceptively low key. I made a mental note to give it a try sometime before the summer - but then Madam Covidina showed up and messed that whole plan to hell. Three years later and I was finally able to check it out. The gift card was a good amount (thanks sis!) so I scheduled a Swedish massage and threw in a facial just for funsies. Both services were great. The staff was friendly, but not too chatty, good at their job, and the heated seats and tables just pushed it all over the edge. If I wasn't so tight for cash, I'd consider their monthly membership - it's worth returning for sure. read more

Had a membership for a while, the facials and massages were great. The issues I had was the treatments are 50 mins long, many times they would start my facial 5-10 mins late which is fine by me the problem was they never added that extra time to the treatment. They still ended the treatment as though it started on time. I'd understand if I was the one running late but I'd be there early waiting in the lobby for them to call me back to the room. Once they increased the membership price I didn't think it was worth it anymore. read more

The receptionist was well spoken and kindly took my reservation. I called to notify them that I was running 15 minutes behind schedule and was reassured that it was fine. As soon as my son and I walked in we could smell the aroma therapy oils. The place was clean and stimulated all the senses. Chelsea was very professional and allowed me to sit through my sons facial. I found this spa/facial business while looking for a place that did extractions and the reviews convinced me to give it a chance, so I looked into their pricing via their website. It can be a little tricky, but go to their website and then select any random service - this is what pulls up their Square page where you can make an appointment for the service(s) you want, along with a description and price. I booked three services with Bere: 1. Holiday Detox Bodywrap Special: A 1 hour 20 minutes Black Friday special (that I bought in December 2022 for a same month appointment) with a focus on your specific needs to achieve total body wellness, Fejjab Spa has put together some Signature body wraps. Wraps can pull toxins from the body and release heavy metals, as well as replenishing essential vitamins and minerals into your skin. Body wraps reduce appearance of cellulite, lose inches, water weight, improve skin tone, lymphatic system. Body contouring and detoxification results are visible with just one treatment! $105. 2. Facial consult: 10 minutes. $20, but, for a limited time, it is free if a facial package is purchased. 3.
