First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

Before purchasing I noticed water in the glove compartment and asked Talal about it. He said it was cleaner from having the car detailed (the car has not been detailed) and an employee of his stuck his fingers in the water smelled them and said "lemon" Talal did the same and said "yes it's lemon". On the way off the lot I found a bad connection with the rear window controls in the driver seat, Talal looked at it and showed they worked from the back, and to call him Saturday to order the part. After an hour drive back to Akron I discovered that Talal's employee had slashed and scratched the window tint in both of the back windows attempting to remove adhesive after I purchased the vehicle likely with a razor blade. Last night at around 7:30 I was driving and noticed the check engine light had come on, after further inspecting the vehicle I noticed RAIN WATER WAS LEAKING IN THROUGH A PART OF THE UPHOLSTERY ON THE ROOF CONNECTING TO THE PASSENGER DOOR INTO THE AC VENT AND FILLING THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT! After calling this morning I spoke with Willy who told me he'd have Talal call me when he got in as he was the car owner. Talal called back promptly and after explaining the problems I've been having with the car he told me that I needed to bring it in Friday as that would be when he could have it worked on, adding "it's no problem".
