I've been here about 5 times. They have plenty of vehicles, and part prices are hard to beat.
Few things I don't like. Some of them they can't really do much about.
The lot is mostly old pavement. It's nice when it dry, but when it rains at all there is standing water everywhere. It's hard to keep your boots dry, and you need a bathing suit if you crawl under cars. I walked across some thing that looked like an old restroom floor that was probably in the building that used to stand where the lot is, and the old tile was super slick and I almost fell on my ear....
They leave their cars on the lot for a really long time. When you check inventory their are cars that have been there for 8+ months. While sometimes this is ok, I drive a half hour to walk up to a car that is basically a bare frame or that morons have destroyed...
The aisles are littered with parts thrown all over the place on the ground. It's tough to walk down some of them. The other yards that have this style never seem to have this issue.
The staff isn't super friendly. I will say I've seen the clients they have to deal with, so I understand some of the attitude, but when I ask a simple question and get an annoyed response it gets old.
I've had multiple cars that I'd like to sell them, I call the number on their website and they never answer. I asked the guy at the office what the deal was, he said you have to spam the number and just keep calling it.... I've filled out the online thing and they never call me back either. I call the other yards and they pick up first ring.
They have cars for sale on the lot. Their was one I was interested in, I asked at the desk and nobody knew anything about them or who to talk to?? They have prices right on them.... guess they didn't want my money...
It's nice to have another yard in driving distance but this one is low on the list for me to visit for parts. read more
