I am only reviewing the service garage of this business…read more I recently moved into the area and was running out of time to get my car inspected. It is an older model, so I was very hesitant to take it somewhere I didn't trust, but I didn't have an opportunity to take it up to my past mechanic. I saw a $25 inspection advertised here, and took a gamble. I'm glad I did, because I will not be taking my cars anywhere else. I have had our cars there numerous times since then, and have been very pleased every time. Jerry in the garage does great work and the prices are incredibly reasonable. If it can't be fixed there, they will provide you with excellent alternatives. (One place quoted me $250 for exhaust work, and I ended up paying $125.) Make sure you plan ahead if work is needed. They are usually booked several days in advance and take their time when doing work, especially if it is diagnostic work.

Can't speak for the body shop, but I for sure will never do business here…read more I spoke with them on the phone regarding a car I wanted to look at and possibly buy. I made it clear to him that I was very interested, including adding it to my insurance, calling the notary to verify they were open. Called him back to say all was good and that I was on my way. He told me not too come until after 1 as the car was buried under snow and ice. I made it very clear I was very interested and driving well over an hour to get there, not to mention setting up a ride to get there. I arrived shortly before 2, walked in and told him I was there to see the car. He said it sold earlier that morning. At this point I'm thinking this guy is pulling my leg, they must have pulled the car inside to clean it off. But nope, instead I got a bunch of attitude that "this stuff happens all the time.". " I don't know what you want me to tell you ". They had some other cars I might have considered, but with that lousy attitude I'll never give them any business.

Brad(s) was about an hour away from the tow site (he's out of Ohio) but was able to get to me in just over an hour. Honest, hardworking older man (and his wife I assume) got there, got to business and were beyond reasonable/fair. He was less than 1/3rd of what the other local company wanted to come out and tow it. I've literally had cars towed for (a lot) more than what he charged. I'm glad that I was able to meet and build the business relationship and support another small business. It's nice calling and dealing with the same person who will be completing the needed task. Alot less room for miscommunication. I don't look forward to the headaches of needing his services again but it's nice to know there is an honest and reliable option a phone call away.

I had it towed here a year ago and the initial diagnosis was that I needed to replace the timing chain... $4k job. I OK'd the work and received a call when the parts came in. While prepping to do the tear down, the team found a loose ground cable. Instead of proceeding with the job and capitalizing on the customer, they verified that the cable was the issue and told me to come get the car. No charge. When I went to pick up the car the shop owner and his mother were just the loveliest people and gave us a tour of the shop and shared some great family stories with us. I left them "beer money" as a thanks for being honest and we went on our way. Needless to say, I ended up spending the $4k and taking the BMW back there to have the timing chain fixed as preventative maintenance and will continue to take our BMW there in the future.
