I went with a flight to try out some of their whiskeys, but they also make gin and vodka. The flight was ok, I find when you make all the things nothing really stands out, but the Everyday whiskey was a nice smooth sip which I very much enjoyed. For dinner I had the smoked brisket which was tasty, but the sides (garlic mashed potatoes, carrots and asparagus) were fire. Service was great, they weren't very busy so it was easy to get a table and get served. So the poutine was sadly underwhelming in my point of view. The portion is large enough to definitely share. My daughter's chicken thigh sandwich was good. She thought it was flavorful the sauce on. It was nothing to write home about. The house made chips were OK. My mom's cheeseburger looks really good. It was cooked just as she ordered. She said it was very tasty. It came with like a barbecue sauce on it, but she said overall was very good. They have a rather large drink menu with products from their distillery. The prices were not crazy. The woman working there happily answered questions while providing us samples (you get 5 for free). There is a retail area as well. They sell different varieties of their delicious concoctions. The menu is on a TV and there are so many options to pick from. A flight of 4 tastings is $8 and gives you the opportunity to try out the different types of alcohol. The Carmel cream was very good. The South of Manhattan and Muddy Waters were fantastic cocktails. We were greeted upon entering and Erik was very friendly. We sat at the bar.
