We bought our pool and pool service from Feely's in 2003 or so (when they first opened). The pool looks as good today as it did the day it was installed. i get all of my supplies from Feelys as well. easy to use system, simple directions and fantastic results. Highly recommended! read more

Between the frightfully dim staff and offendable customer service, Feely's Pool and Spa should warrant nothing short of a quick sprint as far away as possible. The high school age summer help knows little of what they are doing and frequently neglects what needs to be done. Vacuum my pool? Sure, they'll just dump chemicals and leave. How about backwash the pool? They'll dump more chemicals and say they backwashed it (as the pool is still overflowing with water, no less). Management is equally as oblivious. After exclaiming on the phone, 'I pay my guys $12 to come out to you, and others like you, and you all complain.' To most, that may be a blinding red light that the help is horrible. However, management believes it's the customers' faults. Well played. Avoid Feely's Pool and Spa like the plague. If only the rats were as smart as you will hopefully be, people will be able to avoid this disaster of a business. read more

I have been using Feely's Pool and Spa since they first opened and never had any issues with them. I go there every six months to have my water tested, buy chemicals and get a new filter, if needed. I find their prices very competitive to on line prices. Also, know one of the owners was originally selling spa and pool chemicals, thus extremely knowledgeable in that field. One time they didn't have my filter in stock and the owner told me, he'd drop it off to my house when it came in, at no charge.... No complaints here. read more

My father started using Feeleys many years ago when they were located on Main St in Hudson MA. Things started out good. We saved some money instead of using McCarthy in Southborough MA, who also installed the pool my freshman year. Going into business was the worst decision that family could have ever done, and choosing them to work on our families pool was another equally bad decision. Since they have moved from Main St to Bonizzolli Ave off Forest Ave in Hudson, they have completely failed. They never, EVER show up or call you back! You can go weeks before YOU have to call and Jim answers by accident. I could sit here and tell you a dozen stories over the last 2 years about their horrible business but I'm done today! Shame on you once, shame on me twice. We have them way to many chances. I'm so happy my father told me he switched back to McCarthy. My father called Jim Feeley, and surprisingly he answered. After my father said goodbye and Jim said take care. Jim had the audacity to text my father and say he has excellent customer service and has many long time customers that know he's busy and they wait patiently. Purchased an $1100 filter from them in 2012 for my IG pool. They installed satisfactorily. This year when opening pool, return pipe to pool was leaking at elbow. Called on a Sunday and was told someone would call me back the next day to schedule a service. No callback. Called Wednesday and was told they are busy and someone would call. I explained that I was selling my house and needed it fixed for a home inspection. No call back. Called again Monday, again told they are busy. I told them, I understand but am trying to make an appt but nobody calls back. They told me someone would call back. Finally on Thursday I drive to the store and the owner is there. I explain about the leak and he tells me he is at least 3 weeks out. I tell him how frustrating it is that no one called back. He tells me, I shouldn't have waited for a call back and should have called someone else. I feel when I made a big purchase, they were there, but when I needed them for a small job, it wasn't worth their time. The owner apologized for not calling back (3 separate times???). I asked him to make it right and get someone out to the house to fix the leak. He refused saying he was too busy. I would strongly caution anyone from doing business with this company. read more

Signed up for pool opening and closing service in the Spring at which time you have to pay for both services. Opening was done and closing was scheduled to be done early September. The closing was done as scheduled. Upon completion of closing after inspection plugs were left sitting on the deck as well at the expansion bottles. the cover is not properly attached and the pool is currently open. They refuse to call back or answer their phone during the hours that they say they are open. Would not recommend them. read more

We called for service on our pump. They said they would e-mail us to confirm our appointment. No e-mail. So I called they said sorry oversite. So they confirmed the time and date and they were a no show. They said the showed up and they took a look at the pump. Nothing wrong. My son and my husband opened up the pump and the pipe was cracked open. We fixed it our selfs. Going local is not always the best. Would never recommend this company. read more
