I have been a loyal customer for 5 years so I know truly how mismanaged this business is. There service and auto body shop lack basic communication and customer service skills. I brought my car in three times over the past two months for the same issue a parasitic battery draw and each time they found a way to charge me more money for a service/ parts I did not need and the car still won't start. Each time I go into their office they don't listen to me and my concerns about the car and it is a struggle to get them to explain how they supposedly fixed the problem. Never again will I go back to a Ford dealership or ever buy a Ford again. And this is coming from a guy who grew up in a family that only bought Fords. Update: I brought my car back for a fourth time to the dealership to fix the same issue. It has been there for over two weeks now and they are no closer to figuring out what is wrong with the car. I never hear about the status of my car unless I call or visit them. They are in denial about the state of the car and they do not want to make this situation right. Very, very, very disappointed with the service I received. Took my 2016 Expedition there for service (engine oil, transmission, front/ rear differential, and transfer case fluid changes). Only take my truck to the dealer when I'm working on the road as I no way to service it with no tools, or garage of my own. Also, I always make sure the truck it clean... makes it easier for me to spot damage. Well, it rained the night before. It was a spotty in places; not so bad that I couldn't help but notice marks on my driver door. At first glance it looked like bird droppings. Then I noticed a blurred image in the paint... as if the panel was damaged. Upon closer inspection it was damaged... multiple scratches, three to four small dents, and exposed metal. I immediately went back inside to complain. Was given an apology from Warren... that doesn't help my paint. I suggested we get this taken care of as I am not a resident in the area. In town working on a contract; not exactly sure when I will be leaving. I was taken to the body shop to get it taken care of, but was told they were busy. So busy that you can't take care of a customer that just $500 on their vehicle to keep it in great shape only to have a careless technician damage the vehicle he is servicing. After looking at other areas of my vehicle I noticed footprints on my door sill facing inwards. One of the foot prints (towards the rear of the driver seat and on the pillar) made me think they climbed up to look at the roof to see how I removed my roof rack. Since there is nothing up top to grab on to they fell back against the door, and it banged up against a tougher object. Just my theory... either way they need to fix it. So, I was told by the body shop manager he had no time. Have to say I didn't like his attitude. It was as if my situation (which was no fault of mine) was bothering him). Like I have time to waste coming back to the dealership to wait for them to fix my vehicle. When I do bring it back what am I supposed to drive? How long will it take? Am I a priority? These guys told me I have to wait until November to get my issue taken of. Wow... great way to blow me off. Felt more like they pushed the date out to make me not want to come back. I realize the auto industry is taking a hit due to our current economic situation. However, dealers need to realize it's the service people get that make them want to do business with them in the first place. Take care of people and they will take care of you. Well, I'm taking care to warn others to heed this type of blatant disregard for the customer... you damage the vehicle and make it ready for pickup line nothing happened. You don't deserve to serve customers. Might be more of the reason your dealership needs more business than anything else going on. My damage would have taken a good body shop guy a no time to do. I paid for my service, so I should have left there completely satisfied. Pretty sure the body shop was working on vehicles for them to sell... could care less because my truck was messed up. Totally forgot to mention it took them two days to change my engine oil, rear differential and transfer case fluid. Also, told them to do my transmission and front differential. They told me the transmission fluid looked ok (I have 150k; needs to be changed!!!). Then told me the front differential can't be serviced; need to remove the axles to change the fluid. What? I wouldn't trust them if I were you. Sounds more like they are trying to get the used cars ready to put out on the lot, and prefer not to have any distractions; like paying customers. The body shop area was full of used cars... guess that's why I couldn't get the damage they caused to my door fixed. In regards to the items they didn't service, this same dealership would probably love to charge me for a new transmission, or front differential, if I ever would bring it to them complaining that it's "shifting weird", or making a "funny noise". Of course it would be if the people who are supposed to be qualified to maintain our vehicles don't know how/ don't wanna fix them. I hope Ford never allows them to sell another car!!! read more

Brought my mom's car in for service and they totally mis diagnosed the issue, and wanted to charge her $1600. My brother and I are both mechanics, he owned his own shop for years. This is 2019 vehicle with less than 30000 miles, and was just paid off. My brother repaired the problem, the part was $40. Not sure what happened here, but I'm not happy. FEDUKE FORD, VESTAL NY Scam artists!! Take my vehicle in on August 3rd for a failed part and I was notified that the part is on backorder. Called on December 13th to check on status of part and was informed it was still on backorder. Called again on January 3rd at 11:05 a.m. and the woman I spoke to informed me the part was now in and I went forward with scheduling the appointment. At that time they verified with the extended warranty company that it would be fully covered. On January 26th work is done and afterwards they tried to charge me the full amount. Then after supposedly calling the extended warranty company I was informed the service would only be partially covered. Charged $201 for a $130 part. Charged $178 for $115 in labor. Piece-of-shit crooks! Take your vehicle to another dealership!! read more

Be careful when buying or repairing your vehicles here. The body shop uses substandard procedures including stuffing cardboard and foam fill inside fenders and bumpers to stop noises. If they break things while working on your vehicle superglue has been used to repair what should be replaced. They are over priced on the sales floor and the service department is highly questionable unless it's a diesel. The parts department is a complete joke, they only care about the paycheck and nothing about the customer. All of their certified technicians, who could, have fled to other locations due to poor upper management and a lack of quality leadership. Doing it wrong is rewarded here. read more

In my 25ears of car buying and car repairing experiences FEDUKE FORD was the absolute WORST!!! I wouldn't recommend them for any service repair on any vehicle. I took my Ford Explorer in for recall's on 12/10/21. My roof racks were falling off while driving so I had to keep them in my car. After waiting for 3 hrs in the waiting room and taking the day off of work/driving 30 mins 1 way they stated they fixed the roof racks and would order parts to fix my heated seat after contacting my warranty company then call me. (Dealt with Rita) After a week no call so I called them to check and they had no updates. Meanwhile my roof racks fell off again and were back inside my car. I advised them that they DID NOT fix them as I was told (Dealt with Rita). She said I would have to come back in to have them relook at the roof racks and order the parts for the seat so they can do both at the same time. I went back in in February 2022 (dealt with Rita again :( ) Waiting for 2 hrs this time only to be told that they refined the roof racks but did not have the parts for the seat......I was furious as I missed work again and drove 30mins 1 way for NOTHING!!!!!!!!! Rita then PROMISED me to come back the following Friday at 8am to drop my car off and they will fix everything plus give me a loner car to take to work. I told her that was the last attempt. So I go back on the following Friday and met WARREN WEEKS, Service manager told him my situation and that I was there to get loner car. He looked completely dumbfounded! Looked up my account, there were no notes, no appointment schedule and no mention of a loner car and RITA WAS OFF!!!!! I lost it with Warren! He was such a jerk, didn't give a crap that I had been there 3x now and had not ONE THING FIXED!! His customer service was absolutely the worst Ive ever received anywhere and he should not be in management!!! I told him to give me back my roof racks and all the parts to fix my heated seat and I was going to another ford dealership and never ever coming back. Absolutely terrible!! They have the worst customer service you will ever experience! And did I mention that they are scammers??? My ford fusion had a recall, and absolutely NOTHING was done for it!!! It was taken in TWICE and they said that nothing was wrong with my car, when in fact i'm pretty sure there is something wrong when it has been LEAKING GAS and eating away at the driveway! Instead, insisting nothing was wrong, they cleared it for the recall inspection and now it will cost thousands to get it fixed somewhere else!! Brought my car to have to some front end damage fixed and these guys went above and beyond. Ray was incredibly friendly and they had my car done in less than a week. Not only that but they gave my car back to me spotless. They detailed my car inside and out with no extra charge. The detailing was completely complimentary. If you have to get any body work done for any reason, DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously. My car got hit at the end of September and was towed to Feduke Ford's body shop to be repaired. Due to that, I got a loaner car from them. They said they just fixed it (taillights) and was good to go. I got in the car and the registration was expired by 3 months. That should of been my red flag. I almost left the lot until I noticed it and circled back around. I didn't noticed until late but guess what? The taillights NEVER WORKED. Seriously, they don't check their work? That's ILLEGAL for me to drive at night and I didn't know for a week. Last but not least, my car. They were washing it to get it back to me....WITHOUT IT BEING PROPERLY FIXED. It doesn't take a genius to see that it wasn't fixed properly. The place could not be more of a joke. I took my car in to have the airbags replaced on a recall. This was a scheduled appointment. I dropped the car off the night before to make sure It was there on time. I received a call the next day asking when I dropped it off. I then was called on Friday to let me know if was done and I asked them if they could look at the starter. They told me on the phone they would fit it in. I called them back 3 days later and they were very rude and said they were too busy. If they were transparent on when we first spoke I would have found another place to repair the starter. When I went in to get my car today, I was treated very poorly and ignored by the cashier. I bought a 2019 Ecosport and I like the car a lot. Tate is good salesman and did a good job. The service department on the other hand quite frankly doesn't even come close. Took my car in for a stabilizer link clunk, by the way I am 64 years old and have been turning wrenches since I was 15 because I like being a mechanic. I was told there was nothing wrong. The car was never test driven 4404 in and 4404 out. I was also told my car was being looked at while it was still sitting on the lot. Left the dealership and guess what, my clunk is still there. They have a good sales department and that's about it. Mr. Feduke needs to address this issue. read more

I have never been made to feel as subhuman as when I step through the doors to Feduke Ford Lincoln. The first time I did was as a fresh faced 19 year old looking to finance a car after trialing car ownership with a beater. The salesmen all jumped at the opportunity to sell to me, and the one who finally got the pleasure to do so mustered up his ethos and, with a smile on his face, found "the car for me". Within the first few months, I was lucky that Feduke Ford Lincoln pitied me enough to fix the car under warranty. Before that initial period ran out, I had them reseal my windshield because it wasn't properly done in the beginning, "fix" the first of what would be MANY costly electrical problems, and more. Since then, I have spent upwards of $2k ANNUALLY on repairs outside of the "normal wear and tear". Once a year or so, I get a letter in the mail stating that my car is in "high demand" and that they "desperately want to buy it back". Each time I go in person to see if anything else can be done, and am again met with pity. They meekly apologize for the fact that I'm underwater on faulty equipment, not for going out of their way to convince me to purchase it in the first place. They apologize for not being able to find me a *new* car in my budget, when what I really want at the LEAST is an apology for taking advantage of me. I would not tell even my WORST ENEMY to purchase a car from Feduke Ford Lincoln. This dealership is a joke.... we have now tried twice to establish a new customer relationship with Feduke Ford.... the first being when my bf was shopping for a new Ford F-350 Platinum. Long story short he was not taken seriously by the Feduke sales rep and was given some bs story about test driving a King Ranch that they had on the lot (not even worth as much as the truck he was looking to buy)... he ended up just leaving and a week later, bought an $80k truck from Simmons Rockwell who - DID take him seriously. Your loss Feduke. Now - we try to establish a customer relationship with their service dept for said trucks first oil change. When he called to book the appt, he was told the first service was free and that unfortunately they couldn't provide a loaner bc the service would only take, less than an hour. Ok..... we book an appt. Long story short, the truck was dropped off at 8am, and we were not called that it was done until almost noon.... what a joke. (And they don't have the technology to adjust the tire pressure sensors so after they rotated the tires, so I have to just deal with the error msg that pops up every time the truck is started now) And when I arrived, I got a $160 bill for the service, when I questioned them about it bc we were told differently.... they said it would have been free had we bought it there!!! LOL that's funny given our history with Feduke sales.... (And maybe you should have clarified on the phone before the appt) Anyway, I tried talking to managers and no one was willing to do anything and they all seemed unwilling to help and didn't care. I literally told the manager as I left, that his dealerships attitude was what lost them the sale of an $80k truck in the first place, and furthermore..... they're shitty attitude and a $160 first service also cost them any further business with us. Buyers beware! I bought a pre-owned 2009 vehicle from Feduke. They sold me on the car's "reliability" and great warranty. Within a month of owning the vehicle I had to bring it to their service shop twice. It has been an uphill battle since. They keep coming up with quick "fixes" just to get my car out of the shop only for it to break down again. I take good care of my cars so it's not my driving. They have yet to repair a reoccurring issue and the service team is the worst to work with in the area. Now that the "warranty" period is over I'll be taking my car elsewhere. I've had to constantly complain to Ford Customer Care about this dealership and the way they have treated me and handling my vehicle that needed repairs and is under warranty. Same in Owego too, i'm traveling down to PA next time and try them. Let's see if I do get the check that they claim they sent to me( rental re-imbursement). Big joke. read more
