Well, if they are it's not by much...but I would also say I feel more comfortable with my vehicle at Precision than those other places, so I'll pay a little extra for the peace of mind knowing professionals who are knowledgeable and friendly are working on my Tacoma. I'm deducting one star only because sometimes it can be hard to get a hold of the desk to schedule an appointment and they often forget to call back when the job is done ... you have to call to check up at the end of the day. But they always deliver the car when promised, so it's not too big of a deal. I do wish they had online booking for appointments and text notifications that the work is done like I've had at other garages.

I needed a complete reinstall of a toilet that another business installed but did not properly secure. Jacob with Evans did the reinstall and was outstanding. He noticed some areas of concern that were leaking and explained what he was going to do to fix it. His phone goes to voice mail (not set up) and has not returned his emails. Ty is a nice guy but I guess I should not helped him in the beginning.
