We live north of Binghamton and the manager (Joe) always offers to run the vehicles down for us. It is closer to drive to his house than to Binghamton. I have know him for a long time and he is a straight shooter. My sons truck had a few marks on it after they had it in and they took it back and made it right. Every few years I may have them do a detailing on the paint. They typically will always come down on their "list" price and when you consider other local detailers, their prices are right in line.
