The guys hustled and had our belongings packed and ready to go faster than expected. The Movesmith also agreed to stop at our storage unit on the way to the new house and load that up for us as well. The crew worked hard all day, they took excellent care of our belongings and were careful not to mark up our newly painted walls. He even confirmed the day before with the court that he would attend the hearing. I attended the hearing with my lawyer and Dylan NEVER showed up for the hearing. Therefore, the Judge issued a Judgement against him to pay me for the broken furniture and poor service. it is a year later , Dylan Cook and Moving U & Junk U has not issued a payment. When he does, I will update my review that he make good on his judgement! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and saw that his rating is a "C" on there as well.

On the day of the move, they brought everything we needed (moving blankets etc.) We boxed everything else ourselves before they arrived. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted.
