Never had such a worst experience with FedEx. I went to this location to pick up a missed package that came in my friends' name. I told them that I was at work and couldn't pick it up. I showed them my ID (Of course the details won't match with what's on the shipping label as the package is sent in my friend's name who doesn't live here but in another state). I showed them my electricity bill with my name and location matching the shipping address. But, the guy just goes saying unless he sees my name in the system he won't release it to me. I understand that the package has delivery restrictions and needs a signature. However, I called my friend to verify my identity and also let him speak to this guy at the counter. Yet, he doesn't seem convinced and says the same thing. I showed him the messages I got from FedEx related to the package, the emails. In fact, the order that I placed through Verizon. The chat conversation with Verizon that the details on order can't be changed as they have that option. I was trying all ways to provide that I'm a legitimate authorized user to pick it up. An hour is gone. I called FedEx directly since they were the people who informed me that I should pick it up from this location. The manager at this location is rude that she was going against the FedEx rep on the line and was taking note of the FedEx cust care agent's ID number and saying she's wrong to allow me to pick it up despite there being an option. You can clearly see that this location's people are not knowledgable, kind, not customer-friendly, and dumb to show proper customer service. I wish I could attach a picture, but here's what indirect signature means according to FedEx on their website when I entered my tracking number: "FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address or from somebody nearby, such as a neighbor or building manager. The recipient has the option to authorize the shipment to be released without anyone present. This change can be requested for FedEx Express packages through FedEx Delivery Manager® or by signing a FedEx door tag" What other proof do they need when I showed a ton of proof that I'm a resident at that location? As they close at 8 PM and I was still talking to FedEx rep, the short lady manager was like, " You will not get this today.. no matter what... "Dead end".... She's so bad that she couldn't realize that I was desperately struggling to prove all the ways that I can to take the package. I still had 1-2 minutes on the clock and she's like if you don't leave we call 911 and threaten me. Absolutely worse people at this location! I just pray that people be better! There's also a reason for me sticking and fighting rightfully going through this episode.. as Verizon can't change the details and it will take another 3 days until FedEx contacts Verizon and it goes back to the warehouse and I had to reorder or do something like that and it will take at least 3-4 weeks. read more

The location is off the 95. Extremely convenient and easy to find when in a rush to go to New England but need to drop off a package to ship out to a client or customer. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Parking is abundant and traffic is minimal. This FedEx location is just a hoot to go to. FedEx customer service assured me that my fiance would be able to pick up a package for me as long as he carried two pieces of mail in both mine and his name with the same home address, his ID and the tracking number. He drove 45 mins out to be told by the employee and manager at this location that he could not pick up my package. He could not get anyone to speak with me on the phone and there is no direct location number either. This has been a stressful ordeal and I now see why everyone I know cannot stand FedEx. read more

Very convenient location to my job.. easy on and off from the exit, got me in and out in a jiffy.

I overnighted some important papers from CT to Miami, FL. The driver in Miami delivered them to an incorrect address. It took me over two days of calling and begging to discover (by accident!) where it had been delivered. The next morning I called the business and they still had the envelope because Fed Ex had not yet come to retrieve it and they had been calling for two days. I told them to hold onto it and I described my friend who would be picking it up. After my friend got the envelope and delivered the papers to the proper address I contacted FedEx and they told me they were working on finding my envelope! I told them don't bother, I already found it...then I asked for my $38.45 back. I still don't have my money back and it's been a month. read more

Nice location. I think it's one of their main warehouses for the area, since trucks are always pulling in and out of it and it's huge. I came here to send some paperwork to my corporate office while I am away in CT on business for said company. After nudging my way past the confused masses NYC-style (there were 4 other people trying to figure out how to send something and look for the right labels / packaging), I quickly filled out my slip, tore off my copy myself, packaged it and dropped it off to the counter with a casual too-cool-for-school "I don't need a receipt, just charge it to my corporate account" and walked out in less than three minutes, being envied by everyone else there. I was like a mundane, completely irrelevant FedEx superhero. It was great. Lady at the counter was friendly and very helpful to those that were asking her questions. She didn't miss a beat, and was able to juggle 4 lost customers at once and maintain a pleasant attitude. Kudos. read more

This Fed Ex location allows their drivers to steal or lose packages and the says "f you" to the customer and refuses to rectify the situation. From now on if I order online i will make sure the company uses UPS not fedex because I can't believe they allow this to happen. They don't care about their customers at all. I've been on the phone with five different fedex employees over the course of four days and no one can tell me where my package is or what they can do to find it or reimburse me. read more
