I received a delivery time of 12:00-2:00. The package, which needed a signature, (not previously noted) came at 11:15. A door tag was left with "You can pick up your package after at FedEx Facility 1200 Capital Ave. Sorry, I do not recognize AFTER AT o'clock. I tried to reach customer service. What a joke. The automated system does not allow you to ask questions or, heaven forbid, speak to someone. They did email an updated delivery of "Tomorrow before 8:00 pm." Really? Easily the most incompetent and rude staff at this location. I can't begin with how many customers I've seen walk out of this place due to the way they've been talked to. The manager hides his badge inside his shirt pocket, if that doesn't say enough... Don't ever expect a "thank you" or a "have a good rest of your day". We have had multiple problems with at least one driver from this location. Most recently I had four packages--one 2nd day, three overnight--that were scheduled for delivery on a Friday by 8pm. Instead, my packages were checked back into that facility at 6:50 pm and I was told that if I wanted a driver to bring them I'd have to wait until Monday. (The first time this happened I was told I'd have to wait until TUESDAY--for my overnight delivery package that was due on friday, mind you--because the monday was a holiday. There is no public phone number available for this location--they HAVE a phone, but it's for FedEx internal use only--so I can't even talk to a manager about the problem. FedEx's main number has not been any use. If I had a choice, I would NEVER receive a package via FedEx again. Unfortunately, some places I do business with don't use UPS, so I'm very sure this will happen to us again. And again, and again.... read more

This place is a no-frills FedEx. You walk in and like 8 feet after you come through the automatic doors, you're at the counter and there's someone to help you. I only had a package to drop off so it was *really* easy. Just walked up, "I have a package to drop off." The counter lady said, "okay, thank you." And I walked off. I've been there a couple other times to drop off packages and never had a problem. read more

The review isn't for this specific location but fedex in general. I have more issues with fedex than ups or usps. They cannot accurately estimate when a package will deliver and they routinely leave me waiting until 8 pm on packages that do not get delivered. My last shipment was due Monday. They changed delivery to Saturday and notified me on Saturday morning after I left town. I had no way to prevent it being left over weekend without paying money. THEY are who changed the delivery date. Other carriers have delays but they don't wait until overnight to tell you. They at least try to fix their faults. Other carriers put you first on their list for next day delivery. Fedex does not do this. I am sitting again past 5 pm waiting on a package that I have no idea if it will show again. And guess what - I have no option to change anything without paying. read more

Would give this place zero stars if this app gave me a chance. Bad, bad service. The people that work there have no tolerance for any questions that anyone might have. I hate going there and have even began with the option of them picking my package off from my home so as not to go to that office ever. read more

I had another package that was supposed to arrive in McKinney this morning at 8am(first overnight shipping = not cheap) and by 12pm it still had not arrived. I had to drive from McKinney to this location to grab it once fedex finally located it. At least they were quick here to get my package to me after I arrived. This is the 4th package in 3 business days I've had problems with shipping and luckily I drove 40minutes to save from losing one of my business accounts. I can't give them 5 stars because I still had bad service from Fedex again but this location is always pretty good about tracking down my shipping exceptions read more

Unhelpful, unprofessional, condescending, and rude. We had a VERY important package that we needed to have delivered. They avoided answering our questions about how and why this happened and showed no signs of empathy at the situation. There was never an attempt to deliver the package even though the driver said they did. They didn't even leave an attempted delivery slip on our door. I would give this location in Plano a negative star review if I could. I am so upset with my experience there and the staff member working the front desk. Safe to say we will avoid this location at all costs. I have never had such an awful experience in my life. read more
