Today 7/5/25 at approx 1228 FedEx delivery guy is on my Ring cameras throwing my package's to the ground. It was raining the items were in cardboard boxes, and my delivery instructions ask to deliver to my Front Door under the eve. He left them at the garage door exposed to the rain on the wet sidewalk (his own photo shows that). I spoke to him through my Ring advising him of his delivery 100% recorded. I asked why he is throwing my packages to the ground, why he is leaving them in the rain to get soaked and ruin the contents, and not following my delivery instructions as I am a member of FedEx app- asking for delivery specifics. He told me to go ahead report him and laughed as he walked away. I advised him to move my package's out of the rain onto the front step. I also said his video is being streamed so have fun looking for a new job. Blonde male approx 20-30 5'6 200 lbs. see video if I can add it. What an unprofessional non-caring human! I need to stop doing business with companies that use FedEx. My whole day is hijacked when I have to sign for a package. The estimated time was blown past and here I am waiting on a Friday. My Whole day is screwed. I prefer other delivery services better. read more

I had 2 people home to sign for a package and somehow the delivery person managed to sneak to the door and leave without anyone hearing them.. now I have to go out of my way to either pick it up after 6pm 30min away from my house or have someone home all day tomorrow to wait for it again. The point of this review is for someone to notice and inform your delivery drivers to be more caring towards your customer's time. Very disappointing.. read more

I wish I could give these guys 0 stars, the fact they can't even deliver a package to an apartment complex is pathetic. We don't have any problems with Ups or Usps, but we have to drive to this store to pick it up multiple times now. We have been given absolutely pathetic excuses as to why our packages never are able to be delivered and have to go out of our way due to FedEx drivers having no capabilities of doing the simplest tasks of their job. read more

Fedex sucks!!! I have NEVER had a good experience with Fedex, including today. I had an Ebay seller ship my antique radio with Fedex. Man, I knew it was a mistake when he told me! He should have used the US Post Office. They attempted delivery today. Despite the fact that my wife and I were both home...and there are 3 - 150 pound dogs in our house...and we have 4 cell phones and 1 land-line in our residence (they have my main number), the delivery idiot couldn't get anyone's attention. I tried to create an account for half an hour tonight so I can customize my delivery. Of course, their lame website wouldn't let me create an account. I'm sure they're going to miss me again tomorrow so I will have to drive 40 miles, round trip, to pickup my box. It's amazing how a huge multinational company can screw up so badly on a simple home delivery. I don't know how they got so big. Someone is paying them a lot of money. My HUSBAND and I decided we would order out tonight so we called FedEx™ Ship Center in Maple Grove and ordered pizza! Not only did it arrive in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES, the driver came inside and HUNG OUT with us and drank some BEERS then he gave us a TOUR of his TRUCK and let our DOG play with the packages that were in there! terrible service. i paid extra for fed ex and twice now they don't wait long enough at the door for a person to answer and then they leave. now I have to go to the center to pick it up. this happened once before and when I went to the center to pick up the driver wasn't even there and they had no idea where he was or when he would be back. I have been anxiously awaiting my bridal outfit coming from India and while at work I realized that it was finally out for delivery. I couldn't make it home in time but stopped at this shipping center to see if it was back so I could pick it up. Unfortunately it wasn't there and the FedEx employee mentioned that I would need to come back after a few hours but she'd make a note to ensure it comes off the truck. Less than two hours later, the FedEx truck was at my front door, package in hand. Thank you fedex for taking the extra step and redelivering a package that was very important to me on the same day!! read more
