The moment he realized how important those envelopes were to me, his focus and care somehow doubled. He didn't rush, roll his eyes, or make excuses -- he made sure every single detail was perfect. When I walked out, it was 1:04. The last customer in line was out of luck, right? Nope. Watch this, folks -- Jeremy, instead of saying: "A -- we're closed. B -- we don't take that..."
