It was the strangest experience....I was simply asking for clarification (the owner was going to refund half a months rental fee and then abruptly said he'd decided to only do a quarter of it). It only was a difference of like $12 so not a huge deal. My issue is that when I was trying to understand what changed the owner just stopped talking. This place was not easy to work with and there are better options available elsewhere.

Even though they aren't able to get parts for this particular model they still were able to fix it. I haven't purchased anything from here and have only had repairs. The prices for the work I've had done has been fair, the repairs have been done in a timely fashion, and the employees are friendly and competent.
