The staff at this ship center is fantastic. They are totally helpful when I have done a shipment. They are also totally helpful when I have had a shipment held at this Lake Oswego location, in order to have a secure pick up of a valuable parcel. FedEx systems also manage shipments better than brown. They hold shipments in a secure location such as this at no additional charge, easily with their on-line app. On the other hand - - - Anytime brown does anything extra, they want to charge you more, even when I am having a shipment held for pick-up and by doing so, I am saving them from doing an an extra trip to do a delivery with a signature required parcel. Brown is stupid beyond belief in this way. I wish everyone used FedEx, they are so much easier to work with ! ! ! Note, also, I have never had FedEx damage a shipment, and Brown has damaged a significant percentage of shipments they have carried. I don't know if this is an Oregon issue or if it's worldwide. 9 out of 10 ten times there are delays with FedEx package deliveries. Their customer service is nothing but an automated service. No way to reach a live operator because once the automated service thinks your problem has been resolved it will disconnect you. I will not use them but unfortunately other companies I do business with use their services I am left to deal with the frustration of not being able to reach a service agent to resolve never ending delivery issues. read more

For being the main hub ship center they did not have any option to ship my medium size package. But rather sent me to another location to have them package it and send it back to them. Very short staffed but at least the guy was very nice and tried. read more

I am about a month late in my review, but it's important enough that I wanted to leave it anyway. My review is in regards to a specific driver that is stationed out of this location. While I don't know his name, I do know his employee # (103091) which I am leaving in hopes that this message gets back to his supervisor and to him. I have also already placed a call with FedEx corporate with my feedback. That's how impressed I was by this driver. Every month, I have to be home one day to sign for a very important package. It is a medication that my husband has to take daily, and if I am not here to sign for it, it will not be left at the front door. Well, in the midst of all the craziness of year end on Dec 30th, I forgot that the medication was coming that day and ran out to the grocery store to grab a few items. I was only gone for 30 mins. But of course, that's when FedEx came by. So when I got home and saw the "sorry we missed you" door tag on my front door, I was devastated. And I felt like an idiot for forgetting since I've been doing this for the last 3 years. I figured I would just have to wait until the package was brought back to the shipping center later that evening and then call them the next day to figure out what to do. So imagine my surprise when a couple of hours later while I was cooking dinner, my doorbell rang and it was the FedEx guy again! I wasn't expecting anymore packages so I practically mowed the dog down running to the door hoping that maybe, just maybe, it was the same package. So when I opened the front door and saw the tell tale brown paper envelope I was beyond relieved. The driver told me that he was on his way back from his route and saw the lights on in my house, so he thought he'd stop by and give it one more try before calling it a day. I was so happy, I practically could've hugged the guy. I mean, who does that these days? Goes out of their way just because it's the kind thing to do, with no expectation of getting anything back in return? Maybe he noticed that the package was from a pharmacy and guessed that it might be really important, and maybe not. But either way, he helped us out so much that day. And he probably doesn't even realize how much. So I hope that this gets back to him somehow so he knows that he made a difference that day and how much he was appreciated. Guess you can't leave zero stars. We've been waiting all day for a shipment we paid extra to be delivered on a Sunday morning. Their customer service has more excuses for why it didn't happen. You failed, that's why it didn't happen. Do not insult my intelligence by saying you have no one on call to talk to me locally- we all know you're a 24/7 shipping operation. Your customer service is non existent and if you don't like bad reviews perhaps you should fix it. You STOLE money from me to schedule the delivery, and you want me to file a claim to have my money returned, you should consider doing what's right. read more

I received a notification that my (important) package would arrive ahead of schedule and sender put restrictions, and i couldn't hold it at facility. I would miss the 3rd attempt. So I cancelled my roadtrip early to be home by the estimated time of 11:27 am and 5:41 pm. I was sitting at my doorway when I got a notification that I wasn't home and missed the delivery. I called the customer service and they told me it was attempted to be delivered at 8 am!!! I requested to be connected to either her manager or shipping facility, she said she would. And she just put me in air and I was hung up several minutes later. I called again and the other agent did the same. read more

The FedEx delivery drivers that come out of this warehouse are stupid. They've delivered my packages to the wrong address the last 3 times. (In a month). Very expensive packages are being left at my neighbors door. I just received my $1000 item opened and gone through. Either the driver went through it or left it at the wrong address and they went through it. I wouldn't know because the proof of delivery picture is of a random building the took a pic of from inside their truck. Horrible delivery service. read more

Not sure if this is a corporate FedEx location or not, but I am so discussed with FedEx that I am filing an Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act complaint against them. We provide a community service by our founding of a feral cat sanctuary and inner-city wildlife awareness area. This costs us a minimum of five thousand a year out of pocket for cat food and other expenses. FedEx has repeatedly performed their deliveries in a manner that is something cousin to shoplifting and exploiting our time by causing the willful and deliberate damage and/or destruction of repeated cat food orders from Chewy and Walmart. This last act was videotaped by security cameras. Lastly FedEx knew or should have known that we are handicapped and permanently disabled senior citizens who had previously requested additional care to our package deliveries to avoid causing us to cull through the busted open cans, crushed cans and the additional labor caused by having to unpack boxes in the rainy weather after FedEx dropped our boxes in the driveway during a rainstorm instead of placing same on our dry front porch. The must have hired some bottom of the barrel individuals to work for their company. Possibly the Oregon Attorney General can straighten them out! read more

I have been going to this location for years to have my orchestral music enlarged so that I can read difficult parts better. The music that I enlarge is from a website called IMSLP. The music is public domain and ANYONE can download it from the internet. Since this music is printed out on a home computer, it's quite small. Music that is rented out from a music library is larger, and I would never copy that music anyway because the fact that it had to be rented means that it is not public domain. The woman who was working at this location on 5/6/19 at around 11:00am said that they can't copy music because it's copyrighted. She wouldn't even listen to me or make any attempt to educate herself about the issue, she just shut me down. This location also used to be my go to place for shipping packages. I will not be giving them my business again. read more

Usually the staff here are helpful and friendly. However the older guy with white hair needs to brush up on basic customer service. The fax machine was super slow and wasn't responding. The instructions on it said to insert a card into the reader. There was no reader though, and when I stepped up to the counter to inquire, the man told me to pay when I was done and walked away. I gestured toward the machine and remarked that I was having trouble with it and he shouted "WHAT?! Can't hear you". At that point he should have walked over to me to assist me, but he didn't, so I repeated that that the machine was slow. He just stared and me and said "yup". I felt like I was at the DMV. Can I give zero stars? 1. My fiancé ordered a live snake to be shipped for next day delivery. 2. They said it would arrive at 10:30am so when that comes and goes we get a little panicked due to the fact that it could die. 3. It came 3 hours late, and when it finally arrived the guy was handling the package very roughly at which my point my fiancé had to tell him to stop because it's a live animal. The delivery guy acted like he had no clue that it was alive even though it said VERY clear in neon green that it was a live animal. Not very happy, and have never liked fedex. When I called costumer service to find out where the package was, all he said was that a lot of other packages were delayed. In my opinion a live animal should be a top priority, especially if they're going to charge $65 for shipping. read more

DO NOT USE FEDEX.!.!.!.! I had a package overnight delivery on January 10th, was supposed to arrive on the 12th, on the 13th I called and was told it wasn't delivered because of weather related issues, and was told the facility would contact me within the next 2 hours to advise me of a delivery time, no return call. I called again on the 14th and again nobody could tell me when or where my package was. Then later in the day, the tracking info says "Undelivered incorrect address" I called them again and confirmed my correct address and was told that the drivers sometimes get confused with addresses....are you serious? Next excuse I got was that the lake Oswego shipping center for fed ex collapsed while my package was on the truck for delivery and it returned to the shipping center and can't be delivered until the facility is fixed. Seems nobody can give a straight answer with this company, and obviously the extra $22 I spent on shipping was worthless as they said I can "try to talk to the revenue dept, but probably won't see a refund" I WILL NEVER USE THIS LYING COMPANY AGAIN read more

Absolutely horrible customer service!! I rarely write reviews but this FedEx office had me fuming! They lost my overnight priority package which contained time sensitive material. It was in their facility for 9 hours and the manager was unwilling to search for it. I was even willing to pick it up myself from Beaverton in the snow! Poor, poor service, FedEx. read more

Horrible customer service coupled with utter incompetence. I paid extra to have a package delivered two day. It was supposed to arrive on the 10th and never arrived. Tracking actually showed it was out for delivery, but never arrived. I called and was told the driver was not able to deliver because he couldn't get to my road or something, which is a total lie. I was then told it would be delivered the following day by 8pm. Once again, It was not delivered. I called the ship center that it wasn't scheduled until the 13th. I told her that I was looking at the tracking on their website. Thge lady I spoke to argued with me that it was not the case even though it was showing on THEIR website. On another instance I had a giant swing set delivered to my driveway so it was blocking my garage. I did not order this and told FEDEX, who kept telling me that was what I ordered. It took almost two weeks to get them to remove it. Yet another horrible experience I had a package that required a signature. I went on the FEdex website and found that you could print out a form and leave it on the door and the drive would deliver it. I left the form but the driver wouldn't deliver the package. I called and was told that only I could sign for the package and was told they never heard of the form I was talking about. It would seem that the people at the Lake Oswego Shipping center aren't even familiar with there own procedures. Anyways I could go on and on. I never have issues with UPS or even the mail. It's always Fedex. Not sure if the incompetence is just with the Lake Oswego Shipping Center or if it is company wide. Bottom line is if you want something delivered reliably, stay away from Fedex. read more

The worst customer service ever! The employees are super rude and not helpful at all (but that's Fedex standard as is NOT delivering packages). Walked in on a Tuesday @ 4:45pm and when I asked how to locate my package that was NOT delivered to my door, both employees laughed and the girl said "not here". Then the muscle man responded with "you said that nicer than I would have" as the laughter continued. She also treated the customer in front of me with an immature attitude. It was clear that my needs just weren't important to these people and they just don't know how to treat properly. I'd fire these 2 so g**damn fast if they worked for me. Lastly, I never thought getting a package could be so difficult....from a SHIPPING SERVICE!!!! Apparently, if the driver misses you and needs a signature, you're not getting that package for 2 days guaranteed! They leave them in a van after hours that no one can get to. Makes sense. If it absolutely has to be there on time, I'd try UPS, USPS, Ontrac, DHL, donkey & cart - anyone but the Lake Oswego FedEx Ship Center! I spent the better part of this holiday season at this office searching for lost or delayed packages (they lost, delayed or miss-shipped 5 out of 5 packages - a perfect record!). Additionally I heard every excuse (and at times, outright lies) in the book - at one point I seriously thought they were going to tell me 'their dog ate our package'... They really are that bad! One day I was told 'due to the weather, it's too dangerous for our drivers to be out' - it was near 50 degrees and a light rain - wow!!! read more

This review is about FedEx in general. I often need to drop off packages at one of their authorized shipping centers. The driver who picks up their ground packages often leaves earlier than the time that is posted. This is at the PostNet location in Tigard. I have called FedEx to ask them to look into this but they have shown no interest in dealing with the problem. read more

This center specifically is great if there is nothing complicated you need to accomplish. Ask them anything about how to do something outside the realm of picking up a package and they are, for the most part, clueless. Regarding delivery: Asked to ship to my office, address was correct on the package, noticed on the website tracking service after not receiving my overnight package on time that it said "could not locate customer/address". It is the only building with that address in the entire shopping center! We get daily fedex deliveries! Clearly the driver decided to opt for a coffee break instead of doing their job. Very sad indeed, since mostly I like FedEx, certainly compared to the lackluster performance of the regular postal service of USPS. Run a tighter ship and have some oversight guys, you're losing customers' confidence. You are usually excellent and can do better than this! read more

A large box has been siting in my entrance for 3 weeks that is addressed for someone else. I have notified FedEx 4 times and was told that it would be picked up. The latest was yesterday 7/2. Granted, there was only one other customer there at 4:30pm, but he helped me find the right size box, pack it up, and print a label that I had to email to him. The fed ex at this address. 10 Centerpointe Dr Suite B, Lake Oswego, OR 97035, has a great fedex employee that shows great attitude and excellent customer service. She was the only employee there on New Year's Eve, and was patient in helping the many customers that were there at one time. The package I had was costly and upon giving me the fedex price also suggested UPS or USPS for other options as well. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and showed great care for each of her customers. read more

This is the first review I've written on Yelp ever. I've never mustered the energy to write one because usually poor service doesn't irk me enough to spend any time writing a review. However, my recent experience with Fed Ex has left me fuming and I will NEVER use their services again. If I could give negative stars I would. 3 days ago a package was delivered to my door that was not mine or my roommates. I called fed ex that day telling them they made a mistake and needed to come get the package. The man on the phone got all the information and told me they would send someone to pick it up. The next day comes and the package is still there. I call again. This man tells me since it was ground shipping it takes one day so it probably would be picked up later that day. The next morning comes and I talk to a woman and tell her the package has yet to be picked up. She tells me that this is strange and calls the station and tells me that she is sorry and that they will come get it today. She says the reason it was not picked up was because the driver didn't have enough time and promises it will be picked up today. 6 pm rolls around and the package is STILL here. I call just to ask how late they pick up and he says it depends. I tell him my situation and he proceeds to tell me that based on the information I gave him the station was never notified that an error was made and they did not have anyone scheduled to pick it up. I have spent more than an hour of my time trying to fix a problem that never should have been mine. I should have delivered the dang package myself. Needless to say, it seems that Fed Ex is incapable of fixing their own errors without being babysat. They also seem like they don't care about the merchandise they are shipping to customers. In the 4 days I've had this package, they told me to leave it on the doorstep. It could be stolen, broken, who knows!! Regardless, I will NEVER be using fed ex for any purposes ever again. read more
