Then the other guy came back, he didnt say hello, OR ADDRESS ME. He says " Amazon? Do you have a code?" He scans it , takes the box, I attempted to tell him there was a battery in the box, He rudely says something like I know what Im doing? Expecting me to leave I stood there and then asked "do I get a receipt?" He annoyingly printed me one. Horrible service.

The person who helped me, Tanya, was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of her attitude, her appearance gave the impression that she had just rolled out of bed and hadn't showered before coming to work. Her overall presentation was not what I would expect from someone representing a business and interacting with customers. What made the experience even worse was that when I asked to speak with a manager about the situation, Tanya refused to let me speak with one. I was simply trying to address my concerns and find a resolution, but instead I was dismissed. I make an effort to support local businesses whenever I can, which is why I chose this company. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will never use this company again and cannot recommend it to others. As a new business owner, I expected basic professionalism, courtesy, and customer service when spending my money with a local company. Unfortunately, I received none of those things here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this was a very poor first impression and a very disappointing experience.

As a small business owner myself, I'm aware of the cost of doing business. This policy is simply an inconvenience that I don't have time for.
