The packing was unbelievably bad with mislabeled boxes, no concept of organization in the boxes, multiple items broken or damaged and valuable items simply forgotten and left behind. They now hire independent workers to pack who have no accountability to Atlas and they clearly do NOT care to do a good job. I spoke with the company and they said they would send a claim form but of course never did. DO NOT hire this company if you value your property or sanity!!!!

Everyone was professional and good natured, on time, well organized, hard working and they obviously like working with each other. The move-out crew (Adam, Robert, Joel and Tony in Idaho Falls) were amazing and loaded everything faster than expected, worked through lunch and were gone by 4pm. Two days later Adam supervised the unloading in Lehi, UT and also had a great team to work with. There were a few minor wall-dings but nothing major, and all furniture was well cared for. Start to finish was only about 4 1/2 hours including reassembling furniture and generally organizing room set up under my direction. Two thumbs up; and the cost of our move ended up being less than estimated. Well done; I highly recommend this company.

I had two days to find backup movers since I needed to be out of my rental before the end of the month. I called three times and text twice with no answer and no one cared to call me and say anything. This is horrible business practice and extremely unprofessional. I kind of can't believe someone would actually no show when you're in the middle of a major move. Very shady practices.

The scheduled the first delivery for 12/15 without contacting me to verify if I was able to accept the delivery. I through HUB as Let's get moving would not answer my calls or call back, I ask if they can send a message to Let's get moving to see if they can deliver on 12/18 or 12/19. I was told they would call me to schedule the delivery. I did not receive a phone call, when I called HUB the automated gave me a delivery date of 12/22 between 3pm-5pm. I had a doctors appt in the morning so I thought the time was good. On the morning of 12/22 I decide to call HUB just to verify the delivery time and the time had changed to 10am - 12 noon, again with no phone call or text even. Cancelled my appointment waited for the delivery, they did not show up until 12:30 and they did not even have my entire order. They show up with just the box spring because they could not find the mattress in their warehouse, I told the delivery person that I would not accept just the box spring. He asked if I could sign the paperwork and I said I would not. I called this company a total of 10 times @ the following numbers given to me by HUB group: 406-490-5521, 406-409-2101 & 406-565-2555. You would think they would return 1 of my calls. The worst service ever.
