I met Bob outside of his work and when he gave me his business card I remembered him from his TV commercials here in the Helena area! It just so happened that we were in need of some custom Jewlery for my wife and so we called Bob and since then he has made 4 or 5 custom pieces for us! In his state of the art secure one person at a time Jewlery shop, he has everything you could imagine or need. Gold, diamonds, sapphires, coins, collectibles, he has THOUSANDS to choose from of everything, and millions more things only a day or two away by shipping. What I love about Bob at Diamond dream is that he doesn't follow the blueprint of other Jewlery dealerships. He explains everything to his customers and is incredibly open and clear about the insides of his industry, making people aware of the scams and sales tactics from other Jewlery places. He makes sure to give you the best value for your money. Bob has also become a friend now and it's a pleasure to continue to go there for our Jewlery and diamond needs. Thanks Bob!

I eventually got the original purchase price refunded. But Modern Pawn did not reimburse my return postage cost. A violation of E-bay policy. I lost $22 to return mis-represented, broken merchandise. I'm talking repairs, adjustments, and complete fabrication of new Jewlery. Just recently I took my wife's diamond wedding ring in to attach some ring guards, and I decided to upgrade her main diamond too, and he produced the most BEAUTIFUL ring we have ever seen. It's a solitaire surrounded by 10 smaller montana sapphires. (See pics) And then there was the time I found a 4.2K raw sapphire in a bag of ore at BlazenGems, and after cutting, it turned into a beautiful 1.3K oval sapphire, and I took that stone to him and he put it on a ring and surrounded it with diamonds and it became my wife's very own Princess Dianna ring!! (See pics). There's been a bunch of other things he has done for me and I have some projects planned, but he is clearly THE choice for jewelers in the Helena area. He can literally take your ideas and just make them into reality. I am very happy with Tim's work and I can't recommend him any higher than I am now. Thanks Tim!

She started to argue with my husband about it and told him that maybe she should come to our house and crap in our living room. How is that even the same thing as wearing a mask? I then took my kids out of the store to let him finish checking out. Brittany wanted to keep arguing with him and he then told her he was a veteran so she would apply the discount. She then tells him that he doesn't deserve the discount. He is a combat veteran so why doesn't he deserve the discount just like every other veteran or military person? Who is she to make that decision? The manager Joe was called and we were basically told the employee did nothing wrong and he would not do anything about her behavior because he wasn't there to witness her say these things. Why doesn't she go and fight for our country and then she can talk.. Also then my husband was trespassed. They would rather trespass people who stand up to their horrible employees than deal with the issues. I'v never seen such harsh mask requirements and even for people who medically can't wear them but Ace will not serve ANYONE Who does not wear one. We will just shop somewhere else that treats their customers with respect. There are plenty of other place around town. This is just another example of our freedoms being taken away. And employees thinking they can treat people however they want. Stay far away from this store.
