Went in and told the guy what I wanted. Looks at it, starts doing the standard stuff then starts…read moremessing with the clasp. Another 15 minutes later he's still messing with the clasp and tells me he doesn't think he could give me what I was asking (which I know is BS). Starts messing with the clasp again like he's trying to break it. I've now been there a half hour and he hasn't even told me what he would give me...just keeps messing with the clasp. Told him to give me my bracelet back before he breaks it. What a derp. Went to someone else, had a great experience and got what I was asking for.

Purchased a used vehicle from them. He had no plates to make it legal to test drive or take to a…read moremechanic. I specifically asked about the fresh, out-of-the-bottle look of the transmission fluid, but he assured me there had been no problems. It seemed fine until we tried to drive it over the pass and the transmission went out. Transmission shop says it had to have been a problem for quite some time and Alex just laughed about it. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

When we walked in, there was no one else in the store, the lady behind the counter looked up when we walked in and went right back to reading her magazine. No "hello", "how may I help you", "good morning", not even a nod of the head. It was apparent right away that we were nothing more than a distraction to this ladys reading. We walked around the store and then came up to the counter, we had to wait for a few minutes before I finally got tired of her blatantly ignoring us and cleared my throat to get her attention. She finally looked up, and said "what do you want...", her tone made it clear that we needed to get what we needed and leave. They ended up not having what we were looking for but even if they had, I would probably of passed on it due to the absolutely rude service we got. ***Luckys- If you are reading this, you need to learn a few things about customer service. 1.- You ALWAYS greet someone when they walk in. 2.- You ALWAYS be polite and interested in what your customer needs if you expect to ever see them again. 3.-You NEVER blatantly ignore a customer because your too busy in your issue of weekly world news or whatever magazine you plopped in front of you that morning.
