The employee working there was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, not only toward the adults in our group but also toward the children. A toy store should be a welcoming and enjoyable place for families, but that was not our experience at all. We gave this store a second chance, hoping our first experience was just an isolated incident. Unfortunately, the same behavior occurred again. Customer service matters, especially in a business that caters to children. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this store to other families.

Lynn was the employee assisting us, but she was anything but helpful. She acted like doing her job was a massive inconvenience, repeatedly sighed, gave us dirty looks and side-eyes, and had a rude and impatient attitude throughout the entire interaction. She also yelled at another employee in front of us and then yelled at us. We were simply trying to purchase a toy that had already been placed on hold. We were not being difficult or asking for anything unreasonable, yet she treated us like we were a burden for needing assistance. Helping customers is part of working in customer service. If assisting people makes Lynn this irritated, then she should not be working in a position where helping people is literally her job. Customers should not be made to feel guilty or uncomfortable for asking an employee to do what they are there to do. Her constant sighing, glaring, yelling, and disrespectful attitude were completely unacceptable. GET HER FIRED!!!!!
